Whether you're here for a weekend escape or an extended stay, we’ve designed a space that feels like yours from the moment you arrive. Our beautiful community pool is just down the street and a great place to cool off and unwind!

All-new flooring, paint, furniture, and coastal décor — no worn-down rentals here

Brand-new beds, mattresses, sofas, tables, grill, and accessories!

Fresh kitchenware, dishes, and utensils. The kitchen offers double ovens, dishwasher, air fryer, toaster, blenders, oversized refrigerator with ice maker. All-new plates, cups, glasses, silverware. There's everything you need to be able to create a nice family meal!

A new washer and dryer for your convenience- full size laundry room.

Lots of puzzles, games, crosswords, adult, teen and children's books for you to enjoy.

Help yourself to any beach umbrellas and equipment in the garage! There's also a large rolling cooler.

Every detail was chosen to make your stay effortless, relaxing, and refreshingly modern.

We’ve created sleeping spaces that are cozy, stylish, and flexible for families and groups:

Master Suite: New King bed- new mattresses & coastal linens, dresser and TV.

Second Bedroom: New Queen bed- new mattresses, TV and fresh, cozy bedding

Third Bedroom: Two full-sized beds - new beds & mattresses— perfect for kids or guests, TV.

Family Room: Memory foam pull-out in the brand-new sectional.

Sunroom: Private HVAC and a queen pull-out with memory foam — ideal for an afternoon siesta.

***We require all guests to sign and return a Short Term Rental Agreement and Liability Waiver prior to booking***

***ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING, MARIJUANA, REGULAR CIGARETTES, CIGARS, VAPING, PIPES, CHEWING TOBACCO OF ANY KIND IS ALLOWED INSIDE THIS HOME INCLUDING THE GARAGE. The tenent/renter is responsible for the extensive costs of deep cleaning the home including having the vents cleaned, furniture deep cleaned if they smoke or use marijuana inside the home.
