Upon entering the first floor, you will find the well-equipped kitchen opening into the dining area and living room, providing plenty of space for the whole family. Unwind in the inviting living space and watch your favorite shows after spending the day at the beach or exploring everything Miramar Beach has to offer. This is a court-side retreat, which means you'll be able to watch a match of tennis from your patio as you rest or dine in the outdoor dining area. The Tennis Villas are located just steps away from the TOPS'L Racquet Club where you can enjoy the fitness center, indoor-outdoor pool, whirlpool, hot tub, a racquetball court, an indoor-outdoor pool, a steam room, and a sauna.

You'll have direct access to the free community tram, which will take you straight to the white-sand beaches. TOPS'L Beach and Racquet Resort is located in Miramar Beach, in close proximity to the excitement and adventures of Grand Boulevard and Baytowne Wharf. Enjoy the local events and festivals occurring in the area throughout the year, venture over to the Topsail Hill Preserve State Park for hiking and nature trails, or simply explore the local cuisine. Another marvelous beach town is located only 10.6 miles away and that is Destin! Make sure you stop at Big Kahuna’s Water & Adventure Park to enjoy water slides and other water rides and at The Track - Destin, which is an amusement park with go-karts, mini-golf, bumper cars and boats, kids' rides, and even an arcade.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
