This studio in Luau Tower 2 has a king bed, sofa sleeper, dining bar, and kitchenette with a tub/shower combo bathroom.

The living area has a sofa for kicking back and relaxing in comfort. There is a smart TV - so remember to bring your Netflix/Amazon Prime/streaming credentials with you on your trip.

This privately-owned home has a kitchenette with the basics for a fun beach vacation. A Keurig coffee machine (and a few starter coffee pods) is available and the condo includes a dining area with a counter-height table and barstools for enjoying coffee or a snack.

There are laundry facilities on-site that pay-per-use. You may use the Luau gym, free of charge, during your stay!

The outdoor space at "Coastal Quarters" is very soothing and expansive. Being in the Luau complex, which is a resort within the resort of Sandestin®, you will have access to the oasis-style pool (with waterfall), hot tub, a seasonal tiki bar/restaurant, and shared grills with outdoor dining space. Don't forget to check out the top deck of the building to catch an incredible sunrise and/or sunset!

"Coastal Quarters" is located within the resort of Sandestin® and is on the beachside nestled amongst golf courses, the Hilton conference center, and the beach! The beach is only 1000 feet away (please bring your own beach towels), close enough to WALK over but far enough away to escape the hustle and bustle (and noise) of beach life. Walk out the front door and head in any direction towards fun and entertainment! All the fun is within 1.5 miles of the front door!

WALK TO THE BEACH: turn left out of the building, walk through the beautiful pool area, wind down a few steps to the road, then head straight down the sidewalk along the parking lot to the sugar-sand beach.
