The Space:

Welcome to your home away from home! This spacious two-story townhouse is designed for comfort and convenience, perfect for families or small groups.



Upstairs, you’ll find two private bedrooms—one with a king bed and the other with a queen—along with two full bathrooms, both located on the second floor. Please note: there are no elevators, and all guests must be able to walk up stairs.



Downstairs features an open-concept living area with a queen-sized sleeper sofa, a dining space, and a fully equipped kitchen. You'll also find a convenient half bathroom on the main level. A full-size washer and dryer are available for your use, and just past the kitchen, a back door opens to the backyard patio. Please note that the yard is not fully fenced.



For some fun in the sun, 2 community pools are located just 100 feet from your front door, the other is around 400 feet—perfect for a quick dip or a relaxing day outside. One of the pools is heated seasonally! Whether you're preparing a meal, enjoying time with loved ones, or lounging by the pool, this townhouse offers everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.



Guest Access:

Ronin Stays uses SuiteOp for guest access. Before arrival, guests will receive a link through their booking channel and/or email to complete a quick pre-check-in. Through that same link, you’ll find everything you need for your stay — including check-in instructions, Wi-Fi details, local recommendations, and more. Once check-in begins, the SuiteOp app provides instant access to the property within seconds. In the rare event of any issues, a backup lockbox with a physical key is available on-site.



The Neighborhood:

Woodland Shores is a charming and quiet townhome community located just a short walk from the white sands of Miramar Beach. Situated on Ellis Road, this low-density neighborhood offers a relaxing coastal atmosphere with easy access to local attractions, shopping, and dining. Guests can enjoy the convenience of being within walking distance to the beach near Pompano Joe’s, a popular beachfront restaurant.



The community features two outdoor pools—one of which is heated seasonally—as well as a shuffleboard court, BBQ grilling stations, and a shared community space.



Getting Around:

Getting around Miramar Beach is convenient, with several transportation options to suit various needs and preferences:

- Walking and Biking: Many attractions, including beaches, restaurants, and shops, are within walking or biking distance, especially if you're staying in central areas like Woodland Shores. The area is pedestrian-friendly, with sidewalks and bike paths available.

- Rideshare and Taxi Services: Uber and Lyft operate in Miramar Beach, offering convenient options for short trips or airport transfers. Additionally, local shuttle services like Miramar Beach Shuttle provide transportation for groups, events, and airport pickups.

- Car Rentals: Renting a car can be beneficial if you plan to explore beyond Miramar Beach, such as visiting neighboring towns or attractions along Highway 30A. Having a car offers flexibility, especially for grocery shopping or accessing areas not served by public transit.



- Bicycle Rentals: For a leisurely way to explore, consider renting a bicycle. Many rental shops offer daily or weekly rates, allowing you to enjoy the scenic routes at your own pace.

Overall, the choice of transportation depends on your itinerary and preferences. For local exploration, walking, biking, or using public transit may suffice. For broader travel, a car rental or rideshare service might be more appropriate.

Other Things to Note:

All booking guests must submit a photo of their ID for verification, complete and sign the Ronin Stays Rental Agreement, fill out the check-in form, and choose either the damage waiver protection plan ($45) or a security deposit ($250) before receiving check-in instructions. Once these steps are completed, your personal check-in code will be sent one hour before your scheduled check-in time. To avoid any delays, please ensure these requirements are taken care of in advance.



The rental is equipped with two designated parking spots, labeled with the unit number. Additional visitor parking is available and marked "VIS"



A propane grill is available for guest use, along with a standard propane tank. Please note that propane may be left over from previous guests but is not guaranteed or provided as part of your stay. If the tank runs empty, you can easily exchange it at nearby locations such as Walmart, Home Depot, or local gas stations for approximately $25.



To maintain the property and pool for your comfort and enjoyment, routine maintenance is performed regularly. Lawn care occurs bi-weekly, pest control is done quarterly, and pool cleaning/maintenance is completed twice a week. Our service vendors will not require access inside the property, but you may notice them working in and around the exterior or pool area during reasonable daytime hours.

If interior access is ever required, guests will always be notified in advance.



We love pets, but unfortunately the HOA does not allow pets.



Please note: The nightly rate includes up to 5 guests. For groups larger than 5 (up to a maximum of 6 guests), there is an additional charge of $25 per guest, per night. This helps cover the extra utilities, cleaning, and general wear and tear. Thank you for your understanding and for helping us keep Pompano in great shape for everyone!



Interaction with Guests:

If you booked through our website, email is the best way to reach us. Our team actively monitors messages around the clock to ensure timely support.



Please note that while our team is responsive after hours, some services may be limited during that time. We typically do not engage in direct guest interaction unless it is an urgent or emergency situation.



All of our Short-Term Rentals are self check-in to ensure a smooth arrival and to respect your privacy. Rest assured, detailed instructions and everything you need for check-in will be provided in advance.
