Quiet and Clean. Staff were exceptional. This was Thanksgiving 2020 so things were pretty well shut down in the area as well as the hotel amenities.
This stay exceeded expectations. The staff was so friendly and the hotel was beautiful.
Bed was so comfortable, staff was friendly, and hotel felt so fancy for the price. We will definitely go back if we make it back to Minneapolis!
Not clean my room in a couple of times. This is third time on my second stay this happens.

With regards to the fee for breakfast, it as always been for purchase. Pre pandemic we also had the option to order of the menu versus just the current breakfast buffet.
