Place was nice, staff was very friendly. Breakfast was very good.
The hotel was nice staff friendly; pool closed too early (for adults) brunch was too expensive for guests coffee was $4/cup would have been nice to have just some free regular coffee in the lobby nothing fancy
AC didn't work. Coffee maker didn't work. Dark room. Room is very dated. Bathroom is updated.
Easy check in. Clean room with large bathroom (great lighted mirror!). Several outlet plugs in convenient locations. Very comfortable king bed. Close to Highway 394 and shopping mall. No ice machines, but complimentary ice bags located near from desk. An event was being held in a conference room one night and parking lot was full. Staff member gave us her spot and parked her car offsite. We were quite impressed!
As soon as we got to the hotel the woman at the desk tells us we have no room my sister had her room even though we booked her room after we booked ours but our room was never booked we didn't get a replacement for hours we had to be relocated to another hotel and had to wait hours to get this done. Either orbitz.com messed up or the Sheraton over booked but my experience was not pleasant
The hotel consists of two atrium areas. All rooms surround the pool in one area, the other is the bar and restaurant. No matter where you are, you hear people enjoying the pool. I was lucky to get a room over the bar/restaurant area. I heard people having fun in the bar all evening and listened to clinking of the dishes and glasses at breakfast. I immediately turned my room fan on to try and drown out the sounds...which worked quite well. The room was very nice and clean. I was there while a hockey team was visiting and also a fraternity party. That made the hotel so much noisier. Upon checking out, the staff apologized for the frat party, before I had a chance to say anything.
It had a very comfortable bed. Things to enhance the stay: coffee and tea with coffee pot in rm, comfortable chairs for 2 in room and continental breakfast.
yes the hotel met our stay and we had a relaxing time , good location and convenient to downtown.
If you are looking to stay around Ridgedale shopping center this is a great choice. They were under going some renovations when we stayed, but overall it was a good hotel. We were attending a wedding at Lake Minnetonka and this was the closest option
The room had just been redone. This was a great place to stay for a Great price.
The location is the best for my purposes in the western suburbs but otherwise I don't know why I stay here (3rd or 4th time). The rooms are dark and especially damp. There seems to be no ventilation and the carpet feels wet under foot. The whole place is a design that should never have been approved, all inward facing on a dreary court with little light or cheer.
I had the worst time visiting with my family that lives in mn and checked in to the hotel to get away. After being so upset and having the worst day I asked the check in person for an upgrade and he gave it to me with out flinching or charge. Made my day, thank you
Easy to find. Staff was extremely politie and go out of their way to make your experience a great one. Would highly recommend it and look forward to going back to stay again soon.
Hotel was clean, staff was nice, and it was easy to get to. No complaints!
The room is big and clean. The location is very convenient.
It was a pleasant surprise to find this nice hotel at sch a good rate
We got a last-minute reservation for a shopping weekend. We were greeted very warmly and directed to a very pleasant room. Room was well appointed. Bed was not made well. (Too much sheet bunched under my feet), but if that's the biggest problem, that should give you a pleasant impression. Also, the workout area was out of service, but they directed me to the YMCA across the parking lot where I was able to take a great class. Very pleasant stay.
I was very satisfied with this hotel! The staff was very accommodating, check-in was easy and quick, the room was very clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The location is right next to a large mall and some great restaurants. I've stayed here a handful of times and had a great expensive everytime! The only drawback was there is no refrigerators in the rooms that I've stayed in. I highly recommend this hotel.
The kids needed a break from the everyday grind, so we scheduled a Friday night hotel and pool! Great service and friendly staff - well worth it!
Great check in process. Waitress at breakfast was outstanding. Room was clean and comfortable. But.... the tub drained extremely slowly the pool and whirlpool could have been five degrees warmer for each maybe that was why there were 9 children in the whirlpool many times the tv lost signal no signal is not a tv channel, especially when the tv station is local a moronic parent/s simply dropped off her two kids and diappeared
