Would definitely stay there again, and will recommend it to others coming to the twin cities!

Very clean, modern hotel. The bed and pillows were great quality and very comfortable. Also liked the soaps and shampoo provided. Would happily eeturn!

The check in/check out process was easy and the staff was helpful. The fresh breakfast buffet was amazing, defiantly add that to your room. The tiled shower was geat. We enjoyed the sauna and pool but the hot tub was out of service. Our room seemed a little too warm for us even with the ac on high and the room could have been a little cleaner but I would for sure stay again!

Great place to stay but we were disappointed that our room wasn't cleaned on Friday night

The staff were good, room very nice and bed was great. Amenities were also great. I would stay there again.

Quiet location and not to far away from Mall of America. Very clean, beds were awesome.

It was a nice hotel. Only downfall, no ice in the machines on several floors, hot tub was not in use, the beds were small and the pillows sucked. Other than that it was a great place to stay and I would give them another chance.

Everything seemed great at first. Then we realized the hotel is in the middle of exactly no-where. Staff was pleasant but didn't make up for some critical exceptions. We stayed 3 nights. On our second day we came back to the hotel after a full day to find our room was never touched. Ummm nothing says "we dont care" quite as well as your room not being touched. On the third day after telling the staff to be sure and clean our room we came back again and our room was "cleaned" with the added benefit of the housekeepers green dirty rag sitting on the couch for us. Did she forget it? Was she hoping we would pitch in and do some cleaning? Was this a calling card? Yep let down number two. Also when checking in for a third night I was informed that the front desk can not take credit cards with chips embedded. Strike three. So I had to literally give the front desk $30 cash while all the time they looked at me blankly with that "yer card doesn't work" face. That's not cool. Especially when there are no issues at all with any of my credit cards. I even tried my wife's fully functional card (also with chip embedded) and guess what . .it didn't work. Yet the man at the desk still demanded I pay up the $30 sum . . almost comical. I mean I'm 52 years old and non of this has never happened in any hotel I have ever stayed at in 40 years. Minneapolis doesn't seem to be our city. I wrote an email to the Hotel GM and got no reply as of yet. Sorry wont be back.

It was a very nice place with a clean atmosphere. My only wish was we would have realized the continental breakfast was $11 a plate before consuming. A $40 bill at breakfast was a shock, and it wasn't worth $40 by any means.

We stayed for two nights over the weekend. The room was great and we loved the restaurants and courtyard. Most impressive were all the events that were gong on at the hotel, but didn't negatively impact our stay. Well managed for everyone. Thanks so much. We'll be back soon!

Our room was very clean and the staff was friendly and accomodating. On this trip I had little need for internet access but I was disappointed that there was an additional $12.95 daily fee for access. The buffet breakfast was quite good with a wide variety - definitely worth the extra $15/night I paid for the breakfast to be included. The location in a Western suburb of Minneapolis was pleasant but a taxi or car would most likey required to get to downtown attractions, the river, or the lakes of Minneapolis.

This was just the hotel we were looking for. The room was very clean, quiet and well appointed. The beds were very comfortable. A great place to send the night.

This hotel was a good place to stay with friendly staff, a cool lobby, and a nice hotel bar. No complaints.

No real complaints, but nothing all that extraordinary. Woman at front desk could use some customer service training.

Great staff at the front desk, maid service was excellent each day. Thank heaven for an effective and QUIET air conditioning system. Good bed; good pillows.

Good business hotel - bed was VERY COMFORTABLE, room was clean and newly decorated, nice new Flat screen TV with lots of inputs and connectivity to your PC if you bring a video cable. Breakfast buffet was very good. Only complaint was the road construction out front.

Hotel staff was very accomodating and friendly. Our suite was kept in great shape.

My experience was fine, though the light fixture above the sink didn't work, which was irritating.

It's a very nice hotel, but would you sacrifice it to be over charged nearly $150? I booked this hotel through orbitz and got a really sweet deal on it. I figure it has to be a very well ran hotel since it is a very well known hotel chain around the U.S. I took my husband there for our anniversary. The room was spacious and very nice. The only thing we were a little thrown off by was .. why doesn't this place have WIFI in hotel rooms? You can ONLY access the WIFI in the hotel lobby. As the night went on.. everything got worse. At around 1 in the morning there was a paper that someone threw under the door. I picked up and read.. "Room Service $42, sign to authorize." I NEVER ORDERED ROOM SERVICE. I went down to the front desk and cleared it up. Apparently they charged me for breakfast ordered by the last person who booked the room? At 3 am I found that my bank account was charged an extra $92. Cleared that up too, they "accidently" charged me for the full price of the room, even though I already booked it through [...]. Now that money is GONE until they release it back into my account. I stayed up nearly all night dealing with "accidental" charges. Instead of having a wonderful Anniversary shared with my hubby (thinking I got a sweet deal), it ended up being stressful and a nightmare. I will never go back again.

There was a dog show at hotel - so there were dogs in the rooms - had to change rooms - staff was helpful but it was still a pain! [...]
