The property needs updating badly. Walls even in the reception area are in need of repair much less rooms and general public areas. Didnt feel very safe but most of all dirty.
We came for the poolside room, when we realized there was a green mill IN the hotel we were pumped! ....we have 6 daughters and we checked in on a Tuesday and Tuesdays kids eat free at Green Mill. It was such a great time.
Place was dirty, our room had a leak in the roof so all the tiles were stained. The ac didn't work on two of the three settings, the bedspread had black stains, the toilet had brown water leaking, the hot tub was out of order, the hot breakfast was also not up and running. Was told my deposit would be lifted once they checked the room for damage, then 3-5 days I'd get it back. I was pretty let down for paying $90 a night
They should tear this dump down and rebuild. The curtains were torn with graffiti on the night shade. Only redeeming value - nice pillows and hot shower.
elevator wasn't working, tub strained, smelled moldy until air conditioner was on all night, room carpet felt dirty
The check in was fine. The room was gross and smelled like marijuana. The pool was covered in black mold and the “Covid restrictions” were NOT being followed. Capacity of 10 in a pool and there was 57. We will NEVER go back.
Old rooms, pool was closed when we arrived, had to wake up in the morning to use the pool, and had to ho to front desk to get wristbands for the pool and then walk to the pool, that should not be allowed with covid happening. Room is old and outdated the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was bad some preserved fruit and granola bar. Was expensive and there was no continental breakfast
Pool closed extremely early (8pm), bagged breakfast was extremely light - not appropriate for anyone with special diet needs.
Convenient location. Other than that, hotel was dirty, in ill-repair, and lacked staff who know what they are doing.
Room was filthy with other people's toiletries and a used juice box left under the bed.
Great place to be with kids. The location was convenient and the front desk staff very friendly.
Good parking, has a nice family restaurant for room service. The rooms are dated and dirty. They only had vending machines with no selection. It would have helped if there was like a concessions area by the front desk with a business center like most modern hotels. Also, the breakfast is NOT worth it. The eggs are clearly powdered eggs, the fruit isn’t fresh, and the coffee is from a push button machine I didn’t trust in terms of cleanliness. (Ie: i expected the Ramada to be a step up from a Hampton Inn given the price but it was a HUgE step down)
Room was not cleaned / ready as it should have been, mirror in bathroom not all cleaned, light missing in bathroom fixture; behind bathroom door the door was NOT finished painted, trimmed out with paint but NOT finished; bathroom overhead shower ceiling tile ready to "cave" in as drenched with water from the shower head. I adjusted shower head, water stopped spraying on ceiling but that tile can fall / collapse any moment. Drawer under TV had a bag of "eye" contacts and eye drops in it still with some item of clothing from other guest from before. there where fruit flies in the room also... Front lobby sitting area not really cleaned, it seemed to be old furniture (something from the 70's).
Completely run down and disgusting. Can’t believe they would charge more than 50 dollars a night. Please spend a couple extra dollars and stay somewhere else.
This place needs to be gutted totally and updated!!! there was quite the trash staying here during our stay I felt horrible for the wonderful girl working all alone when a lady at the pool with 5 little kids was pretty much trampled by a big man and ganged up in and severely attacked Pool had about 100 people In it and it was very very loud
