Great stay, nice breakfast, fantastic staff... only thing I can nit pick is the pillows are like rocks! Great value for the cost - awesome location !

My reservation was for seven days. It felt like home. It was very comfortable and very quiet. Slept well. The breakfast was very good and tasty. The staff was great. They bent over backwards to make our stay a good one. I do recommend this hotel very highly.

Staff allowed us to call and get adjoining rooms for the 3 night stay ahead of time. All was ready when we got there. Staff did need a little more training about check-in procedures however. Some snafus with check in (nothing terrible). Toilet did get a little high when flushed - for no reason - it just got high and didn't flush well, and staff offered us a plunger (we told them, no - they can plunge). Staff did allow us to use their vacuum sweeper upon request when we spilled some food. Great food, great price, very clean, freshly remodeled. We enjoyed our stay. Great bar and restaurant area.

Tiniest bathroom I've ever seen, bathroom sink located outside of room. A/c did not work properly until maintenance fixed it. Complimentary breakfast was adequate, location was good, price was good. Website says there is a "restaurant on-site" and this is deceptive as there is only an island serving drinks and three dinner entrees (half of which are children's items), open very limited hours. This was the primary reason we chose this hotel and felt "duped". Better public relations not to misrepresent it as full-service restaurant when it is not.

Had a very pleasant stay for the weekend. + Clean and comfortable room. No stains or cigarette smell or anything like that. + Breakfast was not lavish, but I enjoyed it. Waffle irons, juices, multiple coffee roasts, biscuits & gravy, various cereals and toastables, etc. One of the better free hotel breakfasts I've had. + Very reasonable price, especially for being less than 10 minutes away from what I needed downtown. - Wifi worked, but was spotty at times. That's OK, it's 2017, doesn't everyone have 4G tethering on their phones now? I didn't use my 4G though, the wifi was good enough for me to get work done. - A/C unit was a bit loud. - Elevator was somewhat out of the way. That didn't really bother me, I usually use the stairs anyway.

When I got to the hotel, they told me they don't have my reservation and couldn't find my name in the system. I booked it via Orbitz along with my flight so it was quite surprising. The receptionist (JC) was unwelcoming and seemed annoyed. My room was freezing cold way below legal limits. The thin blanket they had and the broken thermostat did not help much. I got high fever and sore throat that night and was barely able to attend the conference I came in town to attend. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had and would definitely NOT wish it on anyone. I would definitely NOT recommend this hotel to anyone!

Only issue I'd recommend is sound proofing walls between rooms and floors better.

The staff at the Ramada were very friendly and attentive. Free breakfast every morning was a plus, & the hotel was nice and peaceful. One thing that I would say was a downside were the very thin walls...you could hear your neighbors next door very easily.

Good breakfast. Nice size room. Easy check in. Decent tv. No construction.

Hotel was clean. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was great as well. I loved the Bistro where you could order drinks and small food items. Room was great. Nice and clean.

great small gym with free weights and 4 movement machines. quiet at night. East access to good restaurants. reasonable price. Clean room. Good lighting. full meal in morning, US TODAY, water cooler with lemons all day. staff ready and willing to solve any need. Highly recommend.

I honestly don't remember the last hotel stay where the staff was so friendly and helpful. The location was convenient for my needs as well.

Enjoyed it. 5 days stay has been pleasant. Freshly renovated

With time, the hotel will be better. I knew that construction was going on when I booked the room but I underestimated the amount of renovation going on. No noise issues but parking was in the back and from the front, the hotel didn't even look open. The price was good however and the two nights we spent went by without any problems. The room itself is updated and the furnishing and cleanliness of room were fine. Do not expect a fancy breakfast bar like in the photos however. We were given a paper bag with a choice of a few items to take up to our rooms which were furnished with a microwave and fridge. The staff is very apologetic and I felt sorry for them actually. It is a work zone in progress.

The first morning there was a guy pounding a hammer right outside my window, second morning the jack hammer was shaking the whole hotel. I changed rooms the last night only to be kept awake until 3:30 in the morning by the partying neighbors, the front desk kid said were all full up not much I can do for you.

In comparison to other hotels I would go with the buissnes suite at this place. It's the right price with the right location. The hardwood floors add a lot & the bed is great in the business suite. Felt much cleaner than the typical standard room you would get. Would recommend if you are trying to find a clean yet cheap hotel in the mpls metro. This goes for the buissnes room, not the standard rooms.

Modest rooms but good service and decent free continental breakfast.

It's a great place to stay. Close to Mall of America and the downtown area. There are a number of fast food places to eat at so you don't have to run all over looking for a place to eat. There is internet service so I was able to print out my our boarding passes. Yes, I would stay there again.

This is the best motel I have ever stayed at. At first I was a little disappointed because when I walked in the room it looked just like a hotel room, which immediately made me have the same expectations I would have had if I had booked a hotel room. So when I looked around and saw that the bathroom is on the smaller side, the sink is small and outside of the bathroom, and there is an armoire to hang your clothes rather than a built-in closet, I was a little disappointed. But when I remembered that this is technically a motel, and thought back on all the motels I have stayed in over the years, I was actually very impressed with the place. The breakfast is limited to bagels, boiled eggs, and do it yourself waffles, but it's better than nothing, which is what a lot of hotels offer you. The staff and the service is great. My refrigerator was humming, and when I notified them of it they replaced it with another one in record time. So if you want to pay motel prices but still feel like you are in a hotel then this is the place to go. It is clean and comfortable and I would go back here in a heartbeat.

I love super 8! This is the second time I stayed in a super 8 hotel, and I really like this experience!

Dear Amy, Thank you for staying with us. I wanted to apologize about confusion with restaurant. Unfortunately, there is no option for our property to market our Bistro on some websites other than restaurant. Again, I apologize for confusion and hope to see staying with us again. If you have any questions or we can be of any assistance, please call property and we will be happy to help you!

Dear Kurt, Thank you for staying with us. Our walls and floors made out of concrete blocks and slabs. The noise could probably come from someone walking or talking in the hallway. I am so sorry if you heard any noises. Please, report it to front desk and we always take care of it for you. We hope to see you soon again and thank you for your business!
