Great stay

I sold my home and needed a place to stay for two weeks until my Son graduated HS. This facility was the closest facility I could find to my son's school that allowed for dogs and I could afford. The staff was nice but the place is a pit. It appears to cater to the population that is homeless and not exactly the vacationing type. This is the first place I have ever stayed where I actually had to go out and buy cleaning supplies to make it livable. I had to ask three times for the two rooms I rented to have the bedding changed which finally happened on our 10th day staying there. I will admit that the bed was very comfortable and the internet signal was strong which was good as I work remotely. But unless you are ok with dirt, I would go elsewhere.

The mirror in the bath super dirty and I only had one towel

It was horribly kept dirty towels in the room & beds in the hallway ppl loud very bad smell

The rooms are not clean the towels are really old they have a lot of traffic in & out the hotel all kinds of hours they have extra bed mattress laying around in the hallway

It’s going through a renovation. The other clientele were questionable. I was told I had to leave a $50 deposit in cash. And then when I asked for it back in the morning the guy looked confused for a second. And I had to tell him what he had me do the night before and then he gave it back to me. We had dirty towels in our room and there were things from the previous people that stayed in the room. Also was hair on the sheets from someone else. Will not be staying again.

The property is in serious disarray

I was not happy with this hotel this time around they did not have enough towels for the rooms i only got one towel for the weekend for me and my 2 kids to use we did not have any wash rags either and the sink in bathroom had hair and sand in it when we checked in which was gross the only thing nice was that my dogs were able to stay and it was very cheap for them to be there

The whole experience was awful. I reserved a kink sized handicapped room, got a double queen standard room. Changed my reservation to this hotel because they advertised a hot tub and pool. The hot tub was gone and po was closed with chemical issues with the water. There was no free breakfast, I could understand that with Covid but should have been told at checking. We never recieved any maid service once during our 3 night stay. I would love a refund for this stay, it ruined our whole trip.

Hotel was very gross, had bugs all over the bathroom. It was very run down and the air conditioning wasn’t even on in the building during 100 degree weather outside you had to turn in on yourself in the room so it was very hot for a while. No breakfast or pool or hot tub.

Quality Inn Northtown is the worst motel experience I've ever had. Everything was sub-standard. The smell in the hallways is only surpassed by the overwhelming stench in the room. The pool and jacuzzi were both closed. Management had 3 opportunities to inform me of this fact, but never told me. I had a two night stay that was interrupted by a 3:30 AM fire alarm triggered by a maintenance man. Everyone had to evacuate. The "breakfast" was poor. No variety and what was available was of poor quality. The front desk personnel was rude and unfriendly. I could go on and on but the bottom line is stay away from this property. Quality Inn needs to reevaluate the quality of their properties.

I got tripled charged and then told I couldn't get my money back for two weeks. They know that their system does that but haven't fixed it so they just continue to screw over guests

Easy check-in.... confortable stay in clean room.... good breakfast... rate competitive for location.

The staff was very friendly and efficient. The room smelled like old cigarettes. The bed was clean and comfortable. The whole place could use a little spiffing up. The breakfast was marginal. It was nice and quiet and I slept well.

old tv equipment. half of the channels did not work. But a very nice room, clean and very convenient to getting around the northern part of Minneapolis. Would definately stay again

Upon arrival the front desk gal was very personable and the room could have passed a white glove inspection. :) We were booked for 2 nights so instead of having the staff go through the whole room we just asked for the towels to be picked up and another set left along with shampoo/conditioner because we forgot ours at home. We did not get either so we took a stroll to the front desk to get them and the fella (not very outgoing) let us know he wrote them down like we were going to be charged like we had stolen them or something. Also, the heated pool... pretty chilly.

The staff was friendly, helpful, and went out of their way to accommodate us. Rooms were clean and quiet. Location was important to us and this worked out perfectly. Thanks

We needed a place to stay after a graduation party and it was very close, clean, and comfortable.
