Quality Inn Northtown is the worst motel experience I've ever had. Everything was sub-standard. The smell in the hallways is only surpassed by the overwhelming stench in the room. The pool and jacuzzi were both closed. Management had 3 opportunities to inform me of this fact, but never told me. I had a two night stay that was interrupted by a 3:30 AM fire alarm triggered by a maintenance man. Everyone had to evacuate. The "breakfast" was poor. No variety and what was available was of poor quality. The front desk personnel was rude and unfriendly. I could go on and on but the bottom line is stay away from this property. Quality Inn needs to reevaluate the quality of their properties.

I got tripled charged and then told I couldn't get my money back for two weeks. They know that their system does that but haven't fixed it so they just continue to screw over guests

Easy check-in.... confortable stay in clean room.... good breakfast... rate competitive for location.

The staff was very friendly and efficient. The room smelled like old cigarettes. The bed was clean and comfortable. The whole place could use a little spiffing up. The breakfast was marginal. It was nice and quiet and I slept well.

We came for a family gathering in Coon Rapids. It couldn't have been in a better location. The lobby was clean when we checked in. The hallway and stairs to our room were in need of a good vacuuming! Our room was comfortable but had odor to it, so we opened the window before leaving for the rest of the day. The smell was still lingering when we returned but we were tired. The beds were very comfortable. I was concerned the toilet wouldn't flush but if you held the handle long enough it did happen. The floor of the shower seemed to have lost it's finish or needed scrubbing or it was just perhaps the non slip stuff wearing off, seemed clean but looked bad. The breakfast area is very small with not enough room to sit. We took our food to our room. People standing all around waiting for tables and was congested. It was you average over processed breakfast; waffles, danish, bread, cereal, instant oatmeal pkts, light yogurt, some fresh fruit. ALL in all, our stay was better than my expectations. We would stay here again.

old tv equipment. half of the channels did not work. But a very nice room, clean and very convenient to getting around the northern part of Minneapolis. Would definately stay again

Upon arrival the front desk gal was very personable and the room could have passed a white glove inspection. :) We were booked for 2 nights so instead of having the staff go through the whole room we just asked for the towels to be picked up and another set left along with shampoo/conditioner because we forgot ours at home. We did not get either so we took a stroll to the front desk to get them and the fella (not very outgoing) let us know he wrote them down like we were going to be charged like we had stolen them or something. Also, the heated pool... pretty chilly.

The staff was friendly, helpful, and went out of their way to accommodate us. Rooms were clean and quiet. Location was important to us and this worked out perfectly. Thanks

We needed a place to stay after a graduation party and it was very close, clean, and comfortable.

Free wireless, refrig, microwave, breakfast and pool. The rooms were small but everything was clean and service was great. Best of all was charged less then quoted on [...]. Great for a quick trip down for my Grandsons delivery. Left with a sore back though.

Very comfortable bed, nice & clean, shower is really nice, & breakfast was good.

The hotel was nice and pretty quiet. We used the pool and the hot tub while there. The breakfast area was not well stocked with things like plasticwear. The food was good though. There is always coffee and travel type cups are provided.

Sorry to hear about your experience. We just got under new ownership and are trying hard to turn the property around. We hope you give us another try after we remodel.

Hello, Sorry to hear about this issue. Its the processing by the merchant that takes time for the whole process to complete. Its usually between 3-10 business days. We are not keeping your money sir. I apologize for the inconvenience.
