Good for the price, not the most updated but the staff was great, as was the breakfast buffet.

When we checked in, we were given a room that had not been cleaned so had to move to another room. New room was clean and comfortable. Hotel advertises microwaves but discovered that there is just a microwave down by the vending machines on first floor. None are in the rooms. The pool area was clean and well cared for. The staff did their jobs but were not overly friendly. My child left behind a beloved stuffed animal and it took several phone calls to get anyone to even look for it. It was not a bad hotel to stay in, especially for the price, but it certainly doesn't stand out as anything special.

The condition of the hotel is pretty good, it has been well maintained, but it could use a little updating. About the only complaint I have is about the bed. The mattress was old and needs replacing and the sheets are kind of rough feeling. Otherwise it had all the amenities, a courteous staff was clean and everything (heater, iron, coffee maker) worked as expected.

Business Traveler Room from 1992 with an lcd tv.

Convenient , not crowded during holidays, lumpy bed, nice shower.

Hotel is a little long in the tooth. Desperately needs a face lift. Terrible beds and rude staff are just a bonus.

First, the hotel did not have two restaurants on site as described - there was one bar which did not open until 5 pm that had a small food menu. The only vending machines were for soft drinks, so if you are hungry, there is nothing at all here. The hotel shuttle to the mall, listed as an amenity, ran only 2 or 3 set times per day, and the airport shuttle is not by request, but runs on a schedule as well. The worst thing about this hotel by far was the cleanliness. The sheets on my bed were obviously dirty when I checked in. There was a dirty kleenex in the bed and another on the floor beside the bed. I requested clean sheets twice, to both the front desk and the maids cleaning on my floor, but they were never changed. When I asked at the desk a third time, I was told that housekeeping was already gone, but they would give me some sheets and I could do it myself. It was obvious by the lack of sheets on the maids carts (one or maybe two sets on each) that mine was not the only room which did not have fresh clean sheets. The linens, besides being dirty, were well-worn, the towels were worn thin, the comforter was flat and lumpy, the pillows horrible. The carpet was well worn and stained. The only positive thing that I can say about this hotel is that the front desk employees were polite and courteous. The room was also decent sized.

We're never told at check in about breakfast, so we never had it. Beds were awful! Too far from Mall of America , we had a really hard time finding this hotel. When choosing a hotel we put in MOA and this came up. We would never stay here again.

The staff and check in experience were very good. The rooms are dated and the beds need to be replaced

Nice hotel fun time. ,,...................................

We arrived early, but could not check in because for two hours their computers were down. Room was quiet and parking plentiful. Only meal service appears to be for breakfast.

Good place to stay. Central location for places we were visiting.

Nice hotel for the price. The linens could be a little bit better...somewhat pilled. Close to shopping and restaurants.

Came here for business and stayed for a night. Bed is big and comfy, room is good size - best part was the swiveling TV that can be viewed from the bed or the desk area. Only complaint was that room service had some hidden fees but the food was delicious anyway.

the hotel as a whole was good but the heating system in our room was loud. if you are watching tv you have to turn up the volume twice as much when the heater runs and then the tv blast you out when it turns off. It also has a weird thermostat on the heater as it would get too warm and you had to kick off the covers when it was running but before it would kick back on you were freezing. i would not stay there again as i did not sleep well at all.

Generally there is nothing outstanding about this hotel. Very average overall. The shower was terrible. It barely worked. The location is a bit out of the way...difficult to get to. It would have been nice if they had free breakfast. There is nowhere to eat nearby.

I had my parents visiting, and the hotel location was great for people who live in Edina or Bloomington. It is easy to get to the airport and a very comfortable stay.

Our stay here was very nice, We will be staying here again. Fuddruckers super close too. Love that place.

Our check-in was ok. The front desk staff wasn't rude, but their people skills could use some work. They complained about the computer not working and causing delays for checking in. The room was clean and very nicely decorated. We were tired from traveling and didn't want to go out so we decided to get something to eat from the lounge. There was a bar and a few tables sitting around, but we were confused as to whether this was the place we could get food or not. We saw a menu on one of the tables so we sat and decided what we wanted. After a little bit of waiting we decided to order at the bar. The bartender apologized for being busy (he complained about the computer not working) and confirmed that he did provide table service. The pizza was awesome! Check-out these days can be as easy as walking out the door without talking to anyone, but I wanted to confirm that my bill was cleared. I stood behind a guy who was confused about his bill for a good fifteen minutes. The girl at the counter was being very patient with him and seemed to repeatedly explain credit and debit charging to the dullard (she also complained about the computer being slow). There were two other front desk personnel milling around in the adjacent office, obviously avoiding work. One even walked out from the office and looked at some papers behind the counter without acknowledging the other customers and then went back in the office. I got tired of waiting and just left. Nice building, great pizza, questionable staff.

The room was comfortable and clean. The gym had sufficient equipment for working out. Room service was fast and food was good.

Do it yourself sheets and sloppily made bed. Kleenex on floor.
