Said, the front desk clerk, was extremely helpul and welcoming.

People are living there, loud all night. Rooms are run down and disgusting.

The room had a fruit fly infestation, and the front desk provided only a glass with vinegar cider. No other cleaning was offered.

I don't think the room was vacuumed nor was the kitchenette floor mopped after the previous guest. Our shoes stuck to the floor when we walked on it. We wiped it ourselves with a towel from the bathroom. There were pieces of dog food on the carpet. Cigarette burns in the blanket and the comforter was soiled. I went to the desk and got another one. We had already gotten a second room assignment after the first one as it was unsatisfactory upon check in. It looked like someone had been laying on the bed. The staff spent a lot of time with other guests, that appeared to be long term, outside smoking and not behind the counter. There were so many people hanging out in the parking lot and on the grass talking on their phones, eating and smoking that it was very uncomfortable parking the car and walking by them to get in to the building. I would not recommend this hotel for anyone and will not stay here in the future.

I reserved a room on orbitz for one price but when I got to the hotel they charged me mote. It was only $5 more but that was not the rate I booked with. Beware of this “hotel”

Supposed to be a none smoking room but the entire floor itself smelled like cigarette not once did I see a housekeeper.

The hotel is "extremely date"!!!! Old furniture, Old bed covers, breakfast (free) is inadequate.

Entire Hotel smelled like an ASHTRAY.....The hotel was clean but worn out....

Looked like the maid staff didn't do a super thorough cleaning job prior to my arrival. Counters needed to be wiped down of spilled liquids. Overall not too bad considering the price.

Not enough sound proofing. I could hear footstep and thump in the adjacent rooms.

This locatio was central to our visits to the Science museum in St. Paul, the Mall of America in Bloomington, and the Casino in Prior Lake.

The room was nery comfotable- but the smell of smoke from smoking rooms was very strong. That is probably the only reason we would not stay there again.
