This is an average hotel closer to mall and airport. A typical Days Inn.. Smaller rooms and bathroom with very small towels. Airport and Mall shuttle was very handy. We liked that facility.

Pictures are deceiving. The morning employee great at what she does and taking care of the customers very well. That is by far the best customer service received. The hot water it was very dirty. There was no towels by the pool area a customer so I had to go get something.

Hotel is nice, not great. Found the room to be a little tight and the bathroom very small. I compare the hotel room to living in a tiny house. The breakfast area was nice and well stocked with food choices. The person working the breakfast area was extremely friendly and helpful. The pool and hot tub were good size for the amount of rooms available. The smoke alarms low battery alert went off at 4am and get beeping until I requested a new battery from the front desk and changed it.

Awesome staying there!! Close to all amenities, and very helpful professional staff, happy to work there we could tell :) didn't hesitate to answer our questions. Room was clean, and comfortable made it easy for us to feel like home. Great parking and the shuttle service was perfect! Definitely will return and share this hotel stay with friends and family!

Free shuttle service to Mall of America and a big Outlet Mall. Nice pool with adults only time after 10:00 pm. Standard breakfast. Easy in and out both at the receptionist and access. Good sized room and bathroom. Good beds. Overall very pleased.

We booked the hotel at the last minute for a place to stay between the Mall of America and the Minnesota zoo. The good: bed was comfortable, room was clean, staff was friendly and they had a waffle maker in the breakfast room. The bad: The AC didn't really work, our room was warm and stuffy and we had it on Cool/High.

KC was the front desk associate when we arrived and was more than helpful and happy to get us into a room that would accommodate our dog as well as non-smoking. Upon booking we were not prompted to indicated we had a dog so there wasn't any non smoking rooms left. KC was awesome! The room was clean. Our only issue was how small all the pillows are. Please get normal sized pillows.

The breakfast lacked hot items and the waffle maker provided didn't perform well. The construction in the hotel will do the hotel justice in the end. The AC units in the rooms need to be cleaned: Made us all sick. The pool was closed for cleaning during busiest time of day (Saturday afternoon). The beds were hard and pillows uncomfortable. They did provide a new pack and play, without bedding. The price was a bit much, I could have stayed at super 8 for half price and gotten just as much as Days inn. I truly felt i would have had a better stay elsewhere.

I guess I wouldn't say my stay was wonderful, but the hotel provided all of the necessities needed to get me through my stay! I was barely at the hotel so it worked out perfectly. The staff was friendly.

We booked this hotel through 0rbiz. No one could tell me where this went wrong, but i booked a non smoking room with 1 queen sized bed. We werw given a handicapped SMOKING room with a king bed. I have allergies and asthma :( this room made me sick and the staff stated they werent able to move the room! 0rbiz comp'ed us for 1/2 the room. The cable was fuzzy, the entire 4th floor reeked of smoke as did the elevator, not enough towels just... Not not what we paid for :(

This hotel was good, only stayed one night so it did the trick. There are no complaints and would stay again.

We reserved a king non smoking room and a queen non smoking room. We tried to upgrade our queen room to a double room and the front office staff could not change our room type because it was prepaid. Also we spent an hour with her and the online company we booked it through trying to make it work. After that we went to our king bed and it was clearly a smoking room. We complained and they moved us to a double room not because they didn't have any kingns available but because we paid too cheap a rate through the online travel website. They wouldn't honor it and stuck us in the double room which we paid for a king. Terrible service! Will never stay there again.

not an outstanding room, but we were comfortable enough and staff was amenable to helping with any complaints we had.

near to the Mall of America ,good hotel for a weeken stay, clean, good price, would stay there agian.

would stay at this motel again and again. good location to the mall of america. easy to find

It was a very short stay. But we enjoyed our time. Close to the mall and our destination the following morning. First floor rooms are noisy; kids running toward the pool, vending machines, ect.

The choice of this hotel was for the park and fly feature. The price that was quoted was not for this feature. We were charged an additional fee of $21.00 for the parking. The charge was not out of line, but unexpected.

I am a college student and funds are somewhat limited, so I was looking for an affordable hotel close to the Mall of America. The room wasn't the coziest, the bathroom could have been cleaner, and the pool could have been larger, but for one night it was fine. The free continental breakfast wasn't the best I've had, but there were several items to choose from. As for being close to MoA, it is right next to an exit and a few miles down the road from the mall, making it very easy to get to, even for the directionally challenged. If you are only planning on a short stay and would like to be close to MoA or the airport, this is a great choice, but if you are planning on a longer stay/exploring the greater metro area, opt for something a little nicer.

We were not pleased with the service or the amenities. It is truly the smallest pool that we have ever seen at a hotel. We could not get in for a swim, as there was kids all over the place and less than ten chairs to sit in poolside were always occupied. None of the employees were friendly or even smiled. The maid service was very good and the beds comfortable, but those were the only two good qualities of this hotel. We will not be staying at this hotel facility again.

It was a last minute family vacation. We were planning to go to the Mall Of America. [...]
