Staff was nice carpet needs to be replace I smelled weed coming from one of the guest room

Threadbare carpet, lines across the TV screen, you could see the mattress springs through the bed covers. In need of some restoration for sure. Days Inn would not be pleased with this hotel representative.

We have used this hotel a handful of times and have been quite pleased or we would not keep coming back. The price is right, the rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable, and for our purposes, the amenities are awesome. The only gripe I have is that we wanted to put it on a different credit card when we got there and we were told we could not do that. Also, Ron, the gentleman that checked us in, was very hospitable if not pushy for us to complete a review of the hotel and our stay.

Terrible breakfast. Bathroom needs cleaning. Noisy halls. Not worth the price.

Airport shuttle only runs once an hour. Front desk called my room at 4am asking "who is this?" When I replied you called me, woman responded this is the front desk. "Yes, I know, WHAT DO YOU WANT? You woke me" and she hung up. I had signed up for 5am shuttle, after checking my flight info I realized I could take a later shuttle, front desk called 5am and woke me again. When I got into room heat was set to 90, it wasn't 90 in room. Lowered it to 80 to sleep and woke with it beinh warmer in room. Fridge in room. Only good part

I think were bed's bug. the heating system wasn't working, very hot.

Outdated rooms, my room has a no smoking signs, but inside the room it smells smoke. Toiletries is not complete no toothbrush and toothpaste, they have it but for a charge. For the price range they should have included it. Staff in the lobby is polite but the staff who answers the email queries is sarcastic.

100% of their vending machines were broken and 50% of the ice machines were broken. You couldn't regulate room temperature, the heater was broken. The 'warm' breakfast was either waffles or toast (waffles were o.k.). The entrances were like waalking thru a waterfall (when it was raining) and the parking lots were a maze of standing puddles. The only redeeming factor for this place is that it was cheep, and I got what I paid for.

Front desk are incompetent and overcharged after had made reservation and showed them how much I paid so had to recharge for right amount and had to wait for other charge to go back to my credit card and they seem to do this often then just all about profit and don't care about guest needs.

I just needed a place to sleep for the night and this place met my needs. If you're looking for a five-star hotel, this may not meet your needs.

My son and I were driving to Minnesota to attend the Vikings Monday Night Game. Upon arriving I asked the front desk person, Megan, about the shuttle service.. I told her we were going to the Vikings game and would like to use the shuttle. I mentioned that we signed p for the 4pm shuttle to the Airport and then were going to take the Rail system to the stadium. There were no sign ups for late night shuttle service so I asked her how we could get our return shuttle from the airport since we wouldn't be returning until midnight or so. She told me that we just needed to call in and the shuttle would pick us up at the airport. When my son and I arrived in the Lobby for our shuttle at 4pm. the front desk gentleman asked me if we were checking out. I told him we were not flying home and that we were going to the game. He said that the shuttle is to pick up guests from the airport and take them back when their stay is over. I told him what Megan had told us and he called her on the phone. She said that she did tell us how the shuttle worked but didn't know that we were not using it to fly out of the airport. I told her that I was very specific that we were going to the game. She then hung up the call. The man at the front desk said we would not be getting a ride on the shuttle. So basically Megan lied then hung up the phone. So if I had flown into Minneapolis instead of driving my car they would have provided a shuttle from and to the airport?.

The mattress in my room must have been 30 years old!! Super uncomfortable. I felt like I would've slept better on an air mattress. The carpeting on the lobby stairs was dirty and ripped up. This place is in desperate need of updates.

Paint peeling in rooms, no towels in room, no real staff, damp feeling everywhere. Got room for cheap one night stay, but $87 is too much for what you get here. Still photocopying credit cards?!?! At Risk for credit card scammers.

Our room and along the halls, smelt of mold! Or shower curtain was so small as we showered all the water just goes all over the floor. The desk chair had a one foot rip on it, with foam coming out. The remote control was missing the battery cover! Just a disappointment!

I wasnt happy that they weren't well stocked with linen supplies. The shuttle service was bare minimal. While the staff was friendly they werent very helpful with certain things i asked of them.

Rented 2 rooms for 2 nights so my best friend and I could bring our 6 children and shop for school cloths at Mall of America. Got in late after driving 6 hours to our destination. Arrived and got our rooms. First impression was a drunk man stumbling all over the middle of the parking lot making it difficult to park. There are stains all over the carpet from the entry way to EVERY hallway of the hotel. The pool was murky looking and uninviting. First Room: bugs in the bathroom, multiple long hairs in the sink, mold in and around the bathtub, crumbs on the floor, cobwebs all over the ceiling and no working wifi. When calling the front desk about complaints, was instructed to come by in the morning to discuss it. Regarding the wifi not working-was told by the front desk that we could "come down to the breakfast bar and use the wifi if it wasn't working in the room"-at midnight. Room #2 also had mold in the bathroom, crumbs on the floor, and broken air conditioning which made the room feel like it had sub-zero temperatures (which would have been okay if they had actually provided anything to sleep with other than a sheet and a thin throw blanket for the beds). We sucked it up and had a rough night's sleep as the 6 children were exhausted. The next morning, attempted to address the issues and was interrupted by a lengthy personal call the person at the front desk decided to take. New rooms were issued in somewhat better condition. Truly an awful experience and shocked no refund.

The lobby was old, but clean and inviting. After checking in and driving to the door nearest to our room, we found the entry door to be broken and not secure - anyone could have gotten in without the need for a key card. We later used another door, while it was secure, only half of the handle was there. The rest was broken off. Neither of the ice machines had ice for the 2 nights we stayed. We did not use the pool so I cannot comment on that, though there were people swimming.

This could be a simple, moderate "no frills" hotel...and likely was at one time. The carpet is stained and filthy and public areas just not clean. Room was okay. Being outdated is understandable, but there's no excuse for running a dirty/unkept hotel.

so we could leave! We needed a hotel for a quick overnight before heading to Wisconsin. The hotel is dirty and very run down. I was afraid to walk with my shoes off in the room and the blankets appeared to have numerous cigarette burns all over them.
