The breakfast was very good. Our room lacked heat and they never did fix it or offer to switch rooms. Most didn’t speak English so hard to communicate. Bathroom had no towel racks and no handicap rails in tub. No carpet in room so my bed kept moving. As I said earlier the breakfast was very good and the menu changed every day
This property is under construction and not suitable for residents, and the walls i the hall have holes it literally is a construction site , its old and bare. Lobby had no where to sit. looks like its just getting moved into.
The property is being remodeled so I cut them some slack as far as property conditions. Overall, it was a great place to stay!

Crap hole
Hotel did not make us aware it was under construction. Dirt and dust everywhere. Pebble found in sheets. Carpet in room had stains all over. Hallways smelled of smoke. Terrible conditions.
The hotel was obviously g=doing some major renovations. Even with the construction work, they did a good job of keeping everything as clean as possible. The facility is in need of a renewed interior and it is good to see the work being done.
The staff was Wonderful!
Staff is amazing!! Breakfast is crazy good!! They are trying to make it better. I give them credit for trying.
Adjacent restaurant was nice. Hotel was pretty dirty with garbage in some hallways.

Green pool, broken signs, dusty lamps and ledges, no extra t.p., holes in bedspread, stained and dirty sheets, no fan in bathroom (illegal), no license or inspection certificate in the filthy elevator.
The room itself was clean, but was in need of lots of maintence - broken drainplug in tub, lots of missing grout in the tub an floor tile. The card key readers were broke at both side entrances. The elevators were non funtional. The best thing that could be done to this property is bulldoze it and start over.
I wanted hop in the jacuzzi it was closed...its all good though!

I've stayed in other Country Inn and Suites before and this one is...not nice. It's fine if you're only going to sleep there, but don't expect much else.
Liked location and staff was friendly. However, facilities really need updating. Hot water didn’t always work. Same with TV.
We stayed two nights. First night, we had no hot water. I called the front desk and they said they would have someone look into it but did not. We went to bed without showers. We booked the hotel because our house was being worked on and we NEEDED showers. Very disappointing.
