Hot tub needs to be warmer
The staff was very pleasant and helpful.
The place was priced well, very clean and the pool and hot tub were very pleasing. Very big hot tub, my daughter and I picked a great place for a little overnight getaway! We would recommend this place to anyone needing a place to stay in Stillwater!
A nice hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms, lobby and hallways are in very good condition and very clean. Beds and linen are high end and super comfortable. Room had good amenities. Hotel has 24-hour coffee and a very generous hot breakfast buffet with lots of healthy and tasty choices and environmental friendly paper goods. Loved that the Indoor pool is open until midnight. I took the King "suite" with additional sofa and enjoyed having the extra seating area to relax.

Pro: Very clean, spacious, and very friendly and helpful staff. Con: Hot water was not very hot in shower ans jetted tub. Not all tv stations shown on tv menu screen were available to view.
The air conditioning did not work. It was one of the hottest days.
The pool and hot tub, your NOT allowed to have guests use this??!!! They had a paper sign taped to the pool door, when I asked staff to show me the policy in writing they couldn't. The hot tub was broken for our whole stay. The business center, the staff didn't know how to help me log on to either computer. When they did figure it out, there was a "parent lock" on the Internet, so I wasn't able to print my flight tickets. I had to use the front desk computer!! The sheets were thin and the beds weren't the most comfortable. BUT the breakfast was hot and they did have a variety every morning....( but the juice was gross).
Breakfast was a letdown. Hot food was cold. Ran out of food. No forks
The hotel was very clean and the front desk clerk was great. She was very friendly. Our room was an average hotel room, but nice and clean. When we went to the pool, the hot tub was REALLY hot. The gal at the desk came and checked it out and adjusted the temp for it. The breakfast was good, better than normal hotel food. Overall a good experience and I'd stay again for sure.
