My husband and I found this hotel to be quiet clean and the staff friendly.

I was obsessed with the mattress at this hotel- very comfortable pillow-top mattress! The comfort of my room was awesome, but I think the cleaning staff cleaned my room in a hurry. There was an empty trashbag tied to the door, the towels were disheveled, and there were soap wrappers left on the bathroom counter.

The hotel was nice - suites have nice appliances. We were there for a quick overnight on very cold night (Jan 7, 2016). Unfortunately, there was no hot water and due to the late hour of our arrival, nothing we could do about it. I managed to suffer through a shower, but the water wouldn't warm up enough for my wife. When checking out in the morning, we complained about it, the staff was very courteous and apologetic, but offered us no compensation. I will not stay here again.

I go into Minneapolis once a year and this the second time I have stayed here. In my opinion, for the money you can't beat it. The room was clean and quite. It's easy to get to and is 20 min. from downtown 15 or so from the Mall of Am, the airport and Southdale Mall shopping complex. If you are going to stay for a few days there is a refrigerator, microwave, toaster, pots pans and some dishes, coffee maker w/ coffee. Everything is clean. I would say the only drawback is if you are a free breakfast type it does not have that. Otherwise, if I can get the same deal, or close, I will stay there again next year.

Stay was excellent, but when I checked out they charged me twice and I am still trying to get that resolved. Perhaps you could help??

The hotel was beautiful. The price was amazing. I did have to wait a bit to be helped during check in but overall experience was amazing.

This is meant to be an extended stay hotel. They provide a fridge, microwave, stove and the typical appliances you need to eat a meal. The room it's self is nice. They provide a queen size bed, desk, tv, and a few chairs. The down side is the walls are rather thin, and our room had a strange smell to it, like someone had previously spilled a massive amount of chicken noodle soup on the floor. But if you are staying in the cities for a few days or weeks, this hotel provides quite a but for a low price.

well if you are in need of internet use you should know the connection kind of sucks. at least from room 205. besides that everything was great. the best perks besides the price were free laundry and the mini store. the room was spacious and clean and updated. comfortable. definately going back.

The best part was that it was very clean. We really didn't need fridge, stove, dishwasher but it would be great for anyone who stayed longer. We stayed at one in Omaha also. Having had a good experience there was the reason we stayed at Richfield. There are many motels in Mpls. St. Paul but felt this was the best.

The room was clean and very quiet. We will stay again--especially since we travel with our boxer.

Just a nice standard motel room. Liked the available appliances. Courteous staff.

For a last minute trip, I was happy to find this place. The rooms were nice and spacious. The pillows are horrible-Bring your own as usual. Everything was good but it was pretty noisy due to the guests at the time. I'd stay here again for sure.

Clean ,comfortable room at a good price. Easy acsess to the airport or the Mall of America. Can't go wrong staying here

The location is close to the airport and the Mall of America. A Sams Club is close by and offers a reasonable price for gas. The room was spacious and comfortable, the only drawback, however, was that it smelled somewhat of spaghetti sauce since the room contains a kitchenette. The price is a bit high, but the location Is safe.

I had an alright experience. There was a room above that must of had children as they consisently were banging and stomping on the floor above my room from morning until bedtime.

it was nice and clean hotel at that price

It was a very good experience. The staff was very polite and helpful. I would recommend Candlewood Suites to anyone.

Clean, neat, convenient. The "hi-speed" internet was slow. Wall heatre in the room was inconsistent and I could not create a steady room temperature.

I am allergic to pets and there was animals at some time in this room. I told the staff. Was an odd smell. oder in room also.

Beautiful facility, comfortable, easy access, tremendous staff! Rooms are not protected from hallway noise. Also, a tornado siren went off and there was no underground location for shelter.
