Booked a double queen room for 4 adults. Building was older but well maintained. Staff was professional, courteous and sociable. Didn't visit the pool or hot tub so can't say. Room was comfortable and clean. Showed little signs of buildings' age (i.e. shower faucet showed the beginnings of a little hard mineral buildup but showerhead was new and clean, small bathroom vent had surface rust beginning to show through paint in spots. Nothing most of us don't have going on at home and wouldn't even notice. For $77 a night I was honestly kind of impressed. Most importantly everything was clean and orderly, towels folded up fancy. I woke up with the pleasant surprise of less back pain than I do on my expensive home mattress. Kudos on the beds. Breakfast was normal economy hotel fare. Waffle maker, muffins, bagels, cold and hot cereal, juice and coffee, yogurt, etc. All in all I've stayed in a lot worse for alot more and would recommend a nights stay here to anyone.

Short overnight stay. Good value for the money and location

Great! I was fortunate to have open washing machine and dryer available at night to wash clothes. Complimentary breakfast a big plus, too!

Not satisfied with the room we stayed in, not at the price we were charged.

Ended up leaving and not staying because the front desk staff was so obnoxious.

Comfortable and clean! The staff was helpful and sweet!

The hotel does not have a shuttle. They tell you to go find a certain taxi pick up location at the airport and then you have to make a couple of phone calls and hope that a certain taxi will pick you up within 15 minutes. We waited an hour and no cab showed, even after 6 phone calls, and so ended up getting our own cab. also, it is difficult to tell from the picture but the bed sagged so much in the middle we had to put a pillow there so we didn't roll into each other.

I don't liked 1.5 stars this hotel isn't 3.5 stars

I was afraid to walk barefoot or touch any walls. The carpet had only been vacuumed where the vacuum could reach, so there were visible piles of crumbs and filth. The walls were equally as gross. You could see the dirt and handprints on them. The air/heat unit had mold and candy in the front vent that you could see and it didn't work, only blew hot hair and the knobs were broken and fell off. I am so disappointed I wasted my money here.

This hotel is in an excellent location if you want to visit the mall of America. The rooms were comfortable and reasonably priced. Breakfast is included and had quite a few choices.

The place was nice the staff was very polite not a a Bad place to stay but I Would change the check in time 3pm is a a Bit crazy

Good two-night stay on a busy pro football, college football, and marathon weekend. All hotels were packed! Jets in the hot tub were not working but water was nice & warm

It was a great location, the pool and hot tub were a welcomed part considering the weather wasn't always great for being outside.

The beds are worn and pillows were flat. The dispenser for tissue was empty, not even an empty tissue box just plain empty. The widow hasn't been cleaned in ages. We had 2 conditioners in both rooms, no shampoo, when asking for shampoo at front desk we got a nasty frown. At breakfast there wasn't any coffee not even at later checks up to an hour later. The pool room only has 3 tables for people to socialize at, 3 for the entire motel that's 12 chairs to sit on if you happen not to be IN the pool.

Good overall. Feeling of being old and not big. But nothing to complain about specifically

The room was quite old but seemed clean. Biggest complaint was no outlets for charging and very tiny bathroom.

Nice Hotel. Close to attractions. Quiet area. Rooms were clean. The breakfast was decent. Pool area was clean

We stayed for three nights at the AmericInn near the Minneapoils/St. Paul Airport - very convenient to Mall of America and other sights. Our room was clean and comfortable. We asked for a third floor room and it was very quiet. The man who checked us in the first evening was very nice, but the man who was at the desk during the day wasn't particularly friendly. Overall a pleasant experience. We would definitely stay again.
