Light industrial area, unsightly. Grounds and bldg maintenance lacking. Bed was terrible, saggy. Breakfast area poorly attended, hot food ran out and not replenished for many guests. Smokers often lingering outside both doorways.
Major problems checking in. Room was dirty. Pool area had mold. Lock problems with the room door. Bed sagged to the middle. Unsupervised kids running late at night. Positive note was that the coffee at breakfast was good. NOT RECOMMENDED.

Wallpaper peeling off. Holes repaired but not painted. Rusty ceiling in bathroom. Toilet seat needs to be replaced. Spots on the carpet.

smell is striking when you enter the "non-smoking" room. Repairs just don't happen, with walls damage, lamp shades crushed, rippled carpet. furniture badly knicked-up. Breakfast bag is a very unappealing.
Found drug paraphernalia in the room. It had been been cleaned terribly.

Crowd handing out in parking lot a bit unsettleing. people siting on the tailgates of their pickups, motorcyclists sitting on their bikes, a group handing out in front of the entrance. All loitering, smoking.......
The sauna was broken down, very disappointing. When we checked in i explained i hsd initially reserved for the following 2 nightd but then made a reservation 3today as well. He couldn't seem to comprehend and combine my room reservations
Always a good choice on a budget manager is super helpful and willing to answer any and all questions
The first room smelt like someone smoked a cigar for a week. Was told because we booked with Orbitz we had to have a smoking room. We called Orbitz and they called the manager the hotel would not return money so we could go to another hotel. Tried another room it still smelled but we didn't have much choice. Definitely would not recommend this hotel !!
Decent hotel at a great price room was clean and in good shape could use better water softener though
