I did not opt out of having housekeeping during my stay; however, even after specifically requesting housekeeping at the front desk, nothing was done during my three days.

Nice room, felt safe, easy access to parking and shopping

The check in process was very smooth. We were in town for a funeral and requested an early check in. We were able to get parked and checked in early with ease. The front desk was very kind and helpful giving us parking tips etc. The breakfast was good and the place is clean. The only downside was they don't have any ice machines in the hotel, the ice maker in our fridge didn't make enough ice for us and the bed was not the best bed. Otherwise the stay was great!

I liked the friendly desk clerk with the heart glasses and we enjoyed the room.we wished there was hot chocolate or lemonade packets, but thats ok 👍

The continental breakfast options were disappointing. There were a few warm sandwiches but not enough for everyone. The oatmeal was maybe reheated from the day before and did not taste good. The options were so very limited that we completely skipped breakfast the next morning and went out to eat because it would not have fed my family.

It was clean and tidy. They had a Market for essentials that contained minimal food stuffs and no soap or toothpaste. I needed assistance with something and got whined at for several minutes about how there was no staff. Eventually someone came up but I’d already solved the problem (and still have the backache). Pet friendly hotels should have solid bases for beds so pets can’t get under them.

I have meetings in Minneapolis. This is the BEST location for my purpose. The staff is always friendly and smiling!

Great hotel and in walking distance of everything downtown.

We walked into our room and said, " Wow!" We stayed on the 14th floor. What a nice hotel. The breakfast was amazing too! First day had Eggs, and Egg whites, with Tortilla's, Salsa, Cereal, Bagels, Fruit, Yogurts. There was also a Waffle making station...so good. All in all, our rooms were great, the beds were comfortable and the showers were awesome, I mean Paul Mitchell Shampoo's...my hair has never been so silky. We didn't cook or use the facilities, but if I had a long term stay that some corporation could pay for, I would stay here, because they even will go out and grocery shop and deliver it right into your fridge.

Thank you for your feedback. Clean and tidy is very important to us and we are so glad you felt it met your expectations. There are items we don't offer in our Market because we offer them either in the room or by request at no cost to our guests. We don't want you paying for things we give away to guests. Thank you for the suggestion on the bed frames, as we get closer to our next renovation it is something we will keep in mind. I also want to apologize that you had to wait for a staff member to assist you with your needs, we do strive to be as quick as possible with guest requests and this gives us knowledge of room for improvement.
