The Ramanda was a clean, nice place to stay but there wasn't a restaurant so there was no breakfast. It is also in an industrial part of town so there was only a Wendy's in the vacinity.

The hotel seemed to be dated and a little smelly. Bathroom was old

It was fine, but for the price, we expected better. Restaurant staff was pretty rude each morning. Rooms were fine, nothing special.

Nice hotel and good pool. The continental breakfast and the restaurant are ok at best. Nothing but a gas station and fast food restaurant are by the hotel surrounded by industry park

Ramada is a new owner of this hotel, and they made improvements in the breakfast and coffee available in the lobby. The rooms were clean (nothing fancy or extraordinary) and comfortable. I had used this hotel for events under previous ownership, and I think is is improved.

Nice hotel, convenient location to Interstate and other major roads.

Nice hotel although stayed 2 days room was nice when we went in. Although missing the box of Kleenexes. Second day they did not replace the empty box or the water in the refrigerator. They made one bed but did not finish making the second bed.

Pizza from hotel restaurant is delicious. Courtyard was peaceful and we enjoyed sitting outside.

Enjoyed our stay! Very good service! Shuttle was awesome and very reliable. Would stay here again in a heart beat!

It was fine. Nothing fancy. Quiet, which is the most important part.

This was my second time staying at this hotel. The hotel was almost full on this trip because of local college track meet. This hotel is close to nearby business/industrial district, and probably one of the only chained hotels in the immediate vicinity.

this hotel provided what we needed for our stay at the minnesota state fairground we showed an animal at the fair and we used this hotel as our base it worked very well for us

Very clean and lovely room! The staff was very friendly and accomodating. The only issues we had were more related to booking on O bitz. There was no place to indicate # of guests and the system defaulted to 2 when we had 3 and my request for an extra rollaway bed was not communicated to the hotel. The only issue I had with the hotel is that we didn't know that we could have requested a mini-fridge. Usually they are either in a room or not available. At checkout when we suggested they might want to add them, they said they were available to rent. That might have been helpful to mention at check-in. These are just minor technicalities really, the stay was great, the rooms clean and comfortable, the amenities lovely.

The hotel was clean and the staff were eager to please. The location of the hotel was inconvenient for going to the Target Center and Stadium. We enjoyed our stay.

1. Rude behavior at the front desk. Even though I called to tell them the flight had been delayed, they had problems. First they said since it was through a booking company, they could bill me anyway. When I showed up, I got a room next to the staircase--door slamming all night. 2.Cleanliness. There was a tray of used dishes in the hall when I arrived. Still there the next morning, and when I checked out. 3. Comfort. The room was icy cold. Under 60 degrees. I was told that the air conditioning had been turned on and there was nothing they could do. I turned off the fan, and put on travel clothing because there were no extra blankets either. No effort on their part. 4. Restaurant poor service. Opened late. Sat me in a bad spot. Took 40 minutes to get coffee, which finally arrived with the check I'd been asking for. This is a buffet breakfast, no need to make me wait for the check. 5. Horrible customer service. Hotel staff forgot to call my cab, then claimed I wasn't there when it arrived. At first refused to call another one, then refused to let me have the six cabs that arrived before mine. The cabs "belonged" to other clients. 6. Location. In a heavy industrial area. Trucks, gas tanks, lights, right next to the freeway. Looks like a truck stop. I would never stay there again, under any circumstances.

This hotel was great. The staff helped me retrieve my iPhone after leaving it in a taxi. They delivered a crib ASAP to our room. When the shuttles were full they calle dus a cab and had it there in minutes. Best of all, we showed up at 11:30am and thought MAYBE they would have a room ready. After we saw how many people were checking in, we thought maybe not, but checked anyway. And they did! They had two rooms reayd for us! Thanks.

Read a few reviews before booking. I would say my room looked newly refurbished and nicer compared to some of the older reviewers impressions; with new furniture, bed, etc. Carpet did look a little older but not that bad. Did a thorough bed bug check and didn't find any. Didn't have a complimentary breakfast which is annoying.

The hotel is located in a business park, which wasn't the most exciting location, but it seemed like a safe area. The room was very comfortable and quiet. The pool area was fairly average. Overall, it was a nice place to spend our weekend vacation.

This was my 1st stay at a Ramada and I would do it again! Room service was excellent and the room quality was nice too!

The hotel was really good and clean. It was 15 min far from downtown Minneapolis. It was quite. A good place to stay
