What a sublime hotel. Really love their food options, the vibe of the entire space, the staff, the cleanliness. By far my favorite hotel in Minneapolis.
It’s a nice place and at around $200 a night it’s a good value. Staff was friendly and very accommodating.

A very comfortable hotel in downtown MPLS. The room was spacious and fairly well appointed. The only downside is there is no pool and the facilities were closed.
The TV volume didn’t work properly, even after maintenance attempted to repair it. It was difficult to watch anything on TV.
Nice amenties. Seems like not much staff or not centralized for easily connecting with them. Spa = ok but organization of Spa could be better. Not sure if price of room worth it.
Meh. Lots of problems with one employee that was a manager, otherwise everyone else was fine. If they say they will not charge your card that they need to hold on file they are lying.
Great location in the heart of downtown Minneapolis. Polite and attentive staff. Beautiful and clean room. Had drinks with a large group at the cocktail bar Constantine. Fun atmosphere and unique cocktails. A must stay place in downtown Minneapolis.

Not worth the price. ZERO amenities! They don't even have pay per view like they say they do or even HBO. And $12 for cold oatmeal? No thanks. I will never return. What a huge let down.
I chose the hotel for the location which was good for my needs. The room service, valet and housekeeping staff were pleasant and excellent. The front desk staff were for the most part not welcoming. I don't know if it was because I didn't book through the hotel, or if there was some other reason. The restaurant is closed and there is limited unstaffed area for dining so room service with a limited menu was the only option. I would not recommend the hotel based on these experiences.
