The receptionist was very rude at check in and rolled her eyes when I asked the best rout to my room. The room smelled like Cat Urine and the towels were dirty. Breakfast at the restaurant was equally disgusting. The waitress was very nice and accommodating however the food was overpriced and tasted spoiled. Don't waste your money stay anywhere else.

The bathroom door doesn’t close all the way. Mattresses are stained. It’s really outdated and just needs to be remodeled.

If you don’t mind the stench of a hotel that seems to have never been updated this is the place for you! Reasonably priced but I wouldn’t stay here for more than one night. Staff was friendly and that is always a plus. The entire floor smelled of marijuana. Spend the extra cash and stay somewhere else. Free parking was nice.

The TV in my room didn't work, so I was switched to a different room. The internet didn't work in the original nor the second room, so I was moved to a third room. The internet still never worked throughout my whole stay. The condition and appearance of the rooms was also poor.

I could walk to the museum where the rally was at , felt safe, could use more parking set for just bikes, staff was great ! I didn't eat or drink there , but the looked nice . I would stay there 2018 for the 115 rally!

Found dark black hair in the bathtub (since I have buzzed short brown hair) it was not mine. Sink in the bathroom barely drained, less than 1/8 inch of toilet paper left on the roll. The staff never asked me how my stay was, was never told anything about the wifi. Only good thing I can say was the bed was comfortable. Spoke to manager and he asked why I didn't request for a different room. After being on the road for over 12 hours. I just wanted to sleep, I was never informed about breakfast and would not have eaten there anyway after what I witnessed. Paid 100 for a room. NEVER RECOMMEND THIS FACILITY TO ANYONE. DEFINATELY NOT WORTH THE PRICE I PAID!!!

OK hotel for convention when all the others are full

It's the cheapest hotel downtown, so I didn't really expect it to be great and this hotel met my expections. It was clean enough, although we didn't get maid service on two of the days we stayed there. I'm not sure if that is policy or not. The elevator is super slow and only one of them was working. We were on the 5th floor and chose to walk the stairs almost everytime.

Beds sagging, partial bottle of conditioner and a clearly once wet and dried out roll of toilet paper in bathroom. Wallpaper peeling, hot rooms with nothing but hot air to circulate. Would not recommend to anyone.

Trashiest hotel I've ever stayed in. Way too expensive.

Check in clerk was rude. Said orbitz messed up our reservation so our 2 bed room was booked. "Upgraded" us to a suite with a crappy pull out bed that was VERY uncomfortable. Room was gross and dirty looking. Not updated, besides the bathroom. Tiny tube tv. The pillows were comfortable.

I was not good, we had no hot water so they moved us to a different room, and water was still luke warm at best... The cable TV sycked it was fuzzy and not a clear picture.. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone!

Two elevators, the one on the right had a habit of taking you to your floor, and then refusing to open the doors, until it went back down to the ground floor. This happened more than once, which is a scary feeling. The walls are quite thin, and the noise from anyone walking or talking in the hallway will come right into your room. Location is fantastic, free parking was perfect.

The room was comfortable, the elevator was very slow.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The hotel has either heat or air conditioning. In fall, if it's hot, there is no way to cool down the room and no screens on the windows.

The hotel is old and is dirty and disgusting.... the carpets War like dirty and wet in the room.... I thought we going to get stuck in elevator for hours and so old

Plumbing, AC, food and security issues durin stay. Runs down hotel. Convenient to our son's apartment (only good thing I can say).

The room was clean and the beds soft but this place needs updates and repairs. One elevator doesn't work, there were not many working outlets in our room and the water pressure was very low. The bar reminded me of someone's basement. They have free parking though.

The buttonstrain on the elevator doesn't light up... that pretty much sums up the experience. Some of the lights in the room didn't work. Some of the pillow cases didn't appear washed. However, the front desk concierge was nice. I wouldn't recommend it, unless you get a big discount.

I'm sorry that you were not happy with your stay. I wish that you would have contacted management if your room was not up to standards so we could have changed or upgraded your room to make your stay more enjoyable. I am surprised to hear of the problems with breakfast in the restaurant as we had nothing but compliments from everyone else. I will speak to the Housekeeping Supervisor and Front Desk Manager so they can do some retraining and/or disciplinary action. Thanks for letting us know.

I'm sorry that you did not have the best experience. We are an older hotel but pride ourselves on having the best value downtown. Unfortunately, some people smoke in the hotel but as soon as it is found, we kick out the people responsible and then do extensive cleaning to counteract the odor. I'm sorry that you had to experience that. I wish that you would give us another opportunity to accommodate you.

I am very sorry you did not enjoy your stay with us. I'm surprised to hear of our beds sagging. Usually we have great raves about our mattresses. I wish you would have complained about the issues you endured during your stay. I'm sure we could have corrected them or placed you in a different room - even perhaps a nice suite. In any case, I thank you for all your comments.
