Compfy bed. Shower was dirty my last visit. Fairly clean this stay. Hotel could definitely use some repairs and updates.

Nice, stayed here cause it was near airport. Staff was nice and helpful. Would recommend.

We book hotel for 3 weeks for work related trip. First night when it was raining, roof start leaking right on bed, after talking to staff they told us there is no rooms available. We moved bed out of the way and had bucket to catch water. Granted next day maintenance guys fix roof. First week in to stay, they told us first thing in morning (Monday morning) that we have to move to other room, because they will be painting that side of hotel. I ask stuff why did you put us in to this room, answer was not so clear something like - we forgot that we paint there. The wall AC is right next to bed and you can't really control where cold air blow. We had to put cardboard box to have air go up and not on ourself. Really very very unpleasant stay.

You get what you pay for. Fortunately, we were only there for a short night of sleep. Old property with some issues in our room. But the king bed was good!

The Hotel was under construction, spider weds on cylin wall. Bathtub dirty, toilet runing all night, capets not well vacuumed.

Dirtiest Motel I have stayed in over 50 years. Shower too dirty to use. Leg on chair broke when my wife (155#'s) sat on to put shoes on. Killed bug on bed in AM after waking up. .

Curtains were falling down from hooks, couldn't close/open properly for privacy. No coffee/tea Available. (Know it's under construction).

Rooms and staff were good. Lot of loud music and second floor patio doors open ing and closing at all hours. Asked staff to be moved to no avail

The front desk staff member named Darryl did not want to refund my $50.00 deposit at the time of my check out. He actually yelled at me that he didn't care what Johnny told me. Johnny checked me in and told me about requesting and getting my refund when I checked out. He, Darryl was not going to refund my $50 deposit until after they inspected my room. That I was bothering him and he had had a long night. I told him that's your job! I can't help it if you had a bad night. And if he and Johnny didn't have the same instructions on the checking in and out procedures then they should have the policy in writing for the hotel guests. I checked in on Wednesday, March 29, 2017 and I had to go to the front desk twice that evening to ask for a plugger because the water in the toilet in Room 119 was not flushing down! Three different nights I had to go to the front desk and request wash cloths because when the maid came into the room she would take the used towels and not leave clean towels. The uncleanliness of the entire bathroom was shocking. I had to buy Lysol cleaning wipes to wipe the sink, bathtub, toilet and floor! The clean towels had dark stains on them. And the fan in the bathroom did not work the entire time of my stay. I was put into a room in the back of the hotel and there was nothing but noise coming from the other tenants until 3 a.m. Loud noise - waking me up noise! I never got a good night's sleep the entire time of my stay.

Spent a few nights there, I was by myself so I stayed in my room a lot. It was very comfortable and quiet but the room was too cold all the time. And the volume on the the tv was too low. But other than that a very convenient location of the restaurant and amazing staff.

People were nice good place to eat next door excellent place to lodge at will definitely stay there again

When we got there hotel staff was argumentative about my reservation, my girlfriend ( who is in a wheelchair) and the staff wouldn't even look at her. They finally gave use our key and then wouldn't even tell us how to get to our room. We had to search and go back and ask and got attitude cause we had to ask. The hotel was DIRTY AND SMELLED MOLDY AND MUSTY. Got to the room and when I stuck the key in the door and opened it someone was asleep on the bed and trash every where. We immediately went back to desk and clerk was like sorry nothing I can do we are sold out. I can't believe he would give us a key to a room with someone asleep in it. Where is the safety and security in that. Another employee a girl that we saw in hallway on way back to desk called him and warned him we were on our way back. Canceled my reservation IMMEDIATELY and took my business elsewhere. I mean the staff couldn't even take responsibility for the mess up and try to fix it.

only problem is key card needed to be redone couple of times.

The hotel needs to be deep cleaned. The hall smelled musty and the room itself was not better.

At check in the man at the front office was very pleasant and helpful. However, the parking lot had not been plowed and I couldn't get my car around to the back to the entry he had directed me to when I checked in. I had to walk quite a distance to get to my room. The door looked like it had been attempted to break in- huge chips out of the door. It didn't smell great either. The room was freezing cold when I came in. The floor was dirty- had not been vacuumed and there was mold on the walls near the floor in several places. The sliding door which was thin glass was not even locked- so anyone could have been inside. There was a rickety aluminum bar to "lock" it and it was difficult to get it to lock at all. When I turned on the heater blew flakes of stuff out at me and smelled burnt and dirty. The bed was comfortable, although I was reluctant to sleep in it, but didn't have much of a choice. The sheets seemed clean-except there was a lot of lint on them-or at least I convinced myself it was lint. The pillows were too big and hard to sleep on. The shower was alright except the floor of the shower was coming up when I stood on it. The bathroom wasn't too dirty- in fact I almost considered sleeping in the tub but I had a small child that that wouldn't work. It was super inexpensive, but it made me wonder if there are any standards at all for hotels. It was a disgusting experience in all. I felt dirty and unsafe.

The couch had blood on it and no bath spa in my room like i ordered.

Customer service was ok but the room was awful it smelt like mold it was dusty.... Trash all down the hallway area NO WATER IN THE POOL for swimming I was uncomfortable an I wasted my money I will never recommend anybody there!!!

While i slept the headboard fell on my face! I informed staff and no concern! Shower flooded and was dirty!

The wallpaper was ripping off the wall and the whole place was outdated and run down.

Great Staff Service. No Complaints Everything Was Fine.
