All went well. Everything was good. No complaints. Room was clean. Very quiet at night.

Suite was spacious, clean, comfortable. Great bed with great linens. Nice place. Would come back.

Perfectly Located for me. Really pretty lobby, and my room service dinner was really excellent. I would go back and stay here again and recommend it to anyone

We chose this hotel because of the price and we had been there before. It is in a good location for many theaters and restaurants. The room was very nice and we like that there is a lounge. The room was dark, not enough lighting for me especially where you place your suitcase. I ended up putting it under a light on the desk. Needs a towel rack for hand towels in the bathroom. Also, we found a dirty towel on top of the shower curtain so that tells us something wasn't cleaned. I gave this a four because although the check-in was pleasant my husband and I had a difficult time understanding the young lady and had to ask to repeat or just guessed. We guessed wrong on parking, thinking she said $8 and were charged $28. Typical downtown price but we have paid $8 for shows in the same building lot.

Enjoyed my stay. Safe & excellent place to stay in downtown Milwaukee.

Everyone that I interacted with was very nice and polite. They were able to make the accommodations that I needed. Clean. Great location, close to everything. Will stay there again.

Fitness center is great. Much bigger than I expected and had all the equipment you could want at a hotel fitness center. Only complaint about the hotel was the wi-fi access was terrible. Could not get good wi-fi signal in room.

Downstairs, lobby etc was nice Room and bed comfortable Dated above lobby. The decor was tired but bed was very comfortable

Nice hotel but the rooms a getting dated. Pealing bath tub glaze. Old sink vanity tile is worn and tired. Lobby, hallways, restaurant and bar areas are beautiful

This hotel needs to be renovated. The halls are dark and rooms are dated. Cheap coffee provided in room and TV was not great. The location is good and even in its current state the rooms are probably worth $80 a night but not the $200 plus that I paid. The restaurant is good and nothing bad happened.

It was good. I liked it. It's my favorite. I love it. It's soooo great. I'm in love w/ it.

This is an outstanding property at an affordable price, for a big city. The building and rooms are very nice. After you find your way out of the underground parking everything is easy. The desk staff was more than helpful. So many attractions, restaurants and shops are well within walking distance in, what appears to be, a safe and clean neighborhood right in the middle of town. I will stay here again.

The hotel is in a perfect location, gas a great restuarant and the staff is wonderful!

I'd rather stay anywhere else. Not impressed by the rooms.

Ended up having a guy in our room when we came back from lunch and shopping. He was shaving in our bathroom. Said he received a room key from his friend. Not sure what happened here but a major security issue here. The front desk assisted well and took care of us as best they could but very questioning about the hotel.. The hotel did accomodate us for everything and don't book with Orbitz. Orbitz was very much useless in handling the refund. Just a bad and crazy experience. We felt violated.

Overall Excellent Perfect location and other than the air conditioning the room experience was terrific. Within walking to everything we needed

I was very disappointed to check in and find out I was given a room with a King Bed when I selected 2 Doubles. The hotel gave us a rollaway bed; which pretty much felt like you were sleeping on a piece of wood. The lobby is beautiful but it appears that is what the hotel spent their money on as the rooms were quite outdated.

We chose Milwaukee to experience the art museum, The river walk, and the Citywide Market.

Modern, stylish hotel. We only stayed for a night but had a good experience. The TVs are dated but they work and that's all that matters to me. Asked for towels from room service around 530 and they arrived promptly. Would definitely stay here again.

Room is very clean, neat and comfortable. I stayed at a king size room and the bathroom was pretty good and big. Hotel located right in the center of the town and very easy to access to local shops and locations. Definitely recommend!
