Hotel looked bad on the outside, couldn't drive up to the doors because of cars parked there. Hotel was filthy, elevator stank. Room was clean but hallways and everything were awful. The staff was gracious. Our room was clean and beds comfortable. No hot water in the bathroom sink. If we hadn't been a late check-in we wouldn't have stayed here.

We arrived and immediately noticed that it was not as the pictures and description had depicted. We tried to cancel reservation, but we're told we would lose our entire amount. From the outside looking at the building there are huge windows and the blinds and curtains were all messed up and rooms appeared to be used for storage. A very old minivan that didn't look quite safe was the shuttle to and fro. Needless to say we took an Uber. We checked in and went to our room. We had the family suite on the 4th floor. Doors did not seem secure to me #1. #2 There was a giant piece of art work on the wall that was seriously crooked. #3 our separate master bedroom door was closed and when we opened it ...it was so dusty and hot in there it was awful. #4 No thermostat. #5 NO TOILET PAPER!! REALLY?!?! #6 The elevator is quite shady also. #7 The lower vending machine was empty and we had to go floor to floor to get what we needed. #8 One time I went down to the desk and the front staff was on smoke break and in no hurry to come back in and help. There was even an Older couple waiting to check in. #9 The walls in the room needed a good scrubbing. There were things on the wall that I didn't want to know what there were. There were also small holes in the ceiling. We paid almost $200 for this room for one night. Not happy with it. The one good thing about it was that there was a decent hit breakfast in the morning. Luckily no bedbugs. We checked immediately !

Value for $ location reachable to downtown . Over all for fine

Adequate. Smokers congregate near entrance. Could have a few more towels in bathroom. And more toilet paper. Amenities need to be purchased from machine. Coffee set-up does not include tea or hot chocolate or cider options for people who cannot drink coffee.

We had a great time in Milwaukee! Hotel was amazing!! Staff and food were great!! We went to a concert at the Rave and the hotel had a van to take us. No driving yay!!!

I did not stay the night at the hotel. I checked into the room and just did not feel comfortable. The room was clean but the rest of the hotel was not. I stayed in the room a few hours and ended up booking into another hotel. I will not be returning here.

Don't expect too much for $60+ but reasonably priced for the comfort

If you're looking for a place to crash that won't break the bank - Days Inn is that place. Clean, comfortable beds, and a friendly staff await you.

Shuttle service was great. Staff was good. Room was clean. The second night there was a fight in the elevator, there was blood that needed to be cleaned up; we couldn't use it for quite awhile!

It was not what I expected at all. The room felt dirty, the bathroom felt and looked like a public college dorm room facility that hasn't been maintained, and the hallways and elevators seemed run down and slightly vandalized. On the plus side, the staff was very friendly and helpful.

The staff is great at this hotel. A shuttle will drop you off and pick you up anywhere downtown. It is also walking distance to the Bradley center and the new Bucks home. We felt safe walking down during the day, but chose not to at night.

Nice hotel, close to downtown, free shuttle. Staff was friendly. Liked the hotel bar. Didn't try the breakfast but looked good.

Neighborhood was so scary, people hanging out in parking lot fighting, arguing, drinking, making comments to us as we came in. I seriously thought my car was going to be gone or broken into overnight! Don't stay there.

Overall, my experience was good but I was a little unhappy to see that there was no extra effort put into making the room as clean and organized as it could be. The cleaning crew did a great job of general maintenance in my room but the organization was subpar. Towels were removed but not replaced. Toilet paper was hanging from a roll to the ground. There was an alarm going off in the hallway on the 4th floor throughout my entire stay. The staff at the front desk were not always attentive to the customers (they would be on the phone or looking at a monitor). No one was rude to me and I am thankful for that but it was clear that everyone was only doing the minimal amount of work required.

Dirty coverlet on top of bed, even hair on it/pubic. Dirty bathroom floor, and carpets needed vacuuming. Furnishings in room are old, dirty, couch was uncomfortable. Curtains in room were just plain dirty No drinking cups, noisy hotel. Even the breakfast tasted off, bad quality?

One night its fine any more find a better place .

Days Inn and Suits, what a disgusting place. I've never seen beds so bad before. (See photos) The stain on the sheet indicated there was a problem with the first bed, and then underneath there was a huge stain. Looked at three rooms, and each one was worse than the last. Ended up leaving the hotel and stayed at the Ambassador Hotel(Nice Hotel). At Days Inn and Suites...If you want to sleep on mattresses that have been peed on, bled on, and who knows what else, then you've come to the right place. The building looks nice from the outside, but where you lie down to sleep, not so much...but hey, maybe you want to roll around where the last guest left their mark. Be warned.

Free parking. Friendly staff. Accommodating. Nice updated clean rooms. Good deal. Served its purpose.

I can live with a lumpy mattress, a shapeless and barely stuffed pillow, and a safe next to the door to the room that swings open and can't be closed unless you pay to close it. I can't abide the insane rudeness at the front desk. While I waited to check out, the guy at the counter answered the phone and told them person asking to reserve their event room to call back on Monday (this was Friday). Then he told them they don't allow birthday parties in the event room. What kinds of events are they hoping to book instead? With facilities this shabby, they ain't getting a convention any time soon... Then the guy at the counter *yelled at me* when I asked for a printed receipt for my stay. He said it wouldn't match what my Orbitz receipt said. I'm not sure why their inability to handle their accounting is my problem. I got out of there when the guy got increasingly hostile toward me. This place is seriously shady. Avoid it.
