Neighborhood was so scary, people hanging out in parking lot fighting, arguing, drinking, making comments to us as we came in. I seriously thought my car was going to be gone or broken into overnight! Don't stay there.

Overall, my experience was good but I was a little unhappy to see that there was no extra effort put into making the room as clean and organized as it could be. The cleaning crew did a great job of general maintenance in my room but the organization was subpar. Towels were removed but not replaced. Toilet paper was hanging from a roll to the ground. There was an alarm going off in the hallway on the 4th floor throughout my entire stay. The staff at the front desk were not always attentive to the customers (they would be on the phone or looking at a monitor). No one was rude to me and I am thankful for that but it was clear that everyone was only doing the minimal amount of work required.

Dirty coverlet on top of bed, even hair on it/pubic. Dirty bathroom floor, and carpets needed vacuuming. Furnishings in room are old, dirty, couch was uncomfortable. Curtains in room were just plain dirty No drinking cups, noisy hotel. Even the breakfast tasted off, bad quality?

One night its fine any more find a better place .

Days Inn and Suits, what a disgusting place. I've never seen beds so bad before. (See photos) The stain on the sheet indicated there was a problem with the first bed, and then underneath there was a huge stain. Looked at three rooms, and each one was worse than the last. Ended up leaving the hotel and stayed at the Ambassador Hotel(Nice Hotel). At Days Inn and Suites...If you want to sleep on mattresses that have been peed on, bled on, and who knows what else, then you've come to the right place. The building looks nice from the outside, but where you lie down to sleep, not so much...but hey, maybe you want to roll around where the last guest left their mark. Be warned.

Free parking. Friendly staff. Accommodating. Nice updated clean rooms. Good deal. Served its purpose.

I can live with a lumpy mattress, a shapeless and barely stuffed pillow, and a safe next to the door to the room that swings open and can't be closed unless you pay to close it. I can't abide the insane rudeness at the front desk. While I waited to check out, the guy at the counter answered the phone and told them person asking to reserve their event room to call back on Monday (this was Friday). Then he told them they don't allow birthday parties in the event room. What kinds of events are they hoping to book instead? With facilities this shabby, they ain't getting a convention any time soon... Then the guy at the counter *yelled at me* when I asked for a printed receipt for my stay. He said it wouldn't match what my Orbitz receipt said. I'm not sure why their inability to handle their accounting is my problem. I got out of there when the guy got increasingly hostile toward me. This place is seriously shady. Avoid it.

the desk was very helpful the courtesy van was really a big plus complimentary breakfast was better than most that carry the description "continental"

This is a very average hotel that did the job for my quick trip to Milwaukee. I got some strange vibes from the hotel staff. They were friendly, but weren't very accommodating or helpful. They have a shuttle to take you downtown, but after riding it to downtown I didn't feel comfortable riding back so I walked the over 2 miles back to the hotel. My big issue with the hotel was that there was some sort of domestic dispute around our room at 12:45 at night: screaming, swearing, yelling, and things crashing that went on for over an hour. The hotel staff didn't seem concerned about what was going on. When I checked out I wanted to ask the front desk receptionist about what happened, but he was too busy on the phone and barely acknowledged me. The room was nice and clean so for a quick stay the hotel was fine.

I would recommend this hotel for all who need comfortable and budgeting stay: the staff was excellent, friendly, and responsive. The room and hotel’s halls were clean, and good decorated. The location and neighbors were quiet, easy to access to the place we need , and to the city center. Free parking!!! We found everything we need in the room.

I would not recommend this hotel because of the location. Although it could have been a worse location, I had serious concerns about some of the other people staying there and I was truly hoping my car would be in the same condition I left it in the morning. I never would have booked this hotel had I known. It's unfortunate because it's a very decent hotel otherwise.

It is a nice place, all the staff were nice: even the security guy who saw me parking on the street at night (because their small parking lot was full especially on Friday night) told me not to park on the street so that I don't get ticket in the morning. I'm sorry I didn't see him again before leaving he is really a nice guy. I was also allied to stay till 2 pm because my flight was not until 7:15 pm. I will stay at this Day Inn if I happen to be in Milwaukee again.

Staff is great and very helpfully Room is clean nicely arranged

The hotel was ok. Conveniently located, reasonably clean, good free breakfast. with two queen beds, the room was rather small and congested. Bathroom needs some work.

The location of the hotel, and the shuttle service it offers, worked very well for us. The hotel provided a great place for us weary tourists to just hang out. The staff was helpful, especially welcoming, and generally cheerful and positive. Our fine room was well cared for by the housekeeping staff. Breakfast was good, and what was supposed to hot was hot. A fine place to stay. (Minor concern. Shuttle seatbelts were unusable.

This hotel was in a convenient location for access to University of Wisconsin and to spend leisure time in downtown. Staff were attentive, rooms were quiet, comfortable and clean. Just what my daughter and I needed.

Nice place to crash after night out. Kitchenette double was nice and bathroom in the hall was key for multiple people in one room

Hotel is nice. They have excellent shuttle service that can drop you to restaurants and other places.

Better than the other Days Inns that I have stayed at.

I like how there is a bar in the restaurant downstairs open decently late. The hotel wasn't super clean but it was ok. The shower leaked and squirted water outside of the shower door. The shuttle was overbooked and had an unsafe number of people on it when taking us to the music venue. It seemed to be in an unsafe part of town as well although no issues arose. I would stay here again if I was going to the Rave for a show because they take pets and have the bar.
