All was well except the last morning we Dodd not have hot water to shower.

They upgraded our room due to an additional traveler. Brought pillows almost immediately when asked. Super clean, great breakfast, wonderful staff!!

Everything was good, have stayed here a handful of times. Will return.

We were worried about many things related to this trip.We had the most wonderful experience starting with our stay at this Country Inn & Suites. The staff and facilities were much better than we ever would have imagined. The area appears to have many things to see and do.Lots of restaurants in the area also. All things considered,we had a wonderful trip!!

It is a place to sleep and take a shower. Nothing fancy, nothing awful either.

Went to Milwaukee for a three night getaway. This hotel was in Brookfield, a very nice upscale location, just across from a shopping area, and a short drive from Wauwatosa, also a great area. It is a little more of a drive to downtown, but we enjoyed seeing the different areas. Both an Outback and Champs restaurant are connected to the hotel making it very convenient, and the Mayfair mall in 'Tosa also has great shopping and restaurants. The included breakfast at the hotel was ok, but could have had a little more selections.

Had a great experience, room was clean and staff was very friendly

Stayed here with my girlfriends for a bachelorette party. Was a nice hotel, clean room, friendly staff. I would stay here again.

We travelled with three of our young adult kids to see family in the area. The hotel's location just off I-94 made getting around very easy. Staff members were courteous and friendly -- greeting us as we went in and out and asking if we needed anything. The young man who handled the breakfast room was especially nice and accommodating when we sat with coffees after the breakfast hours ended. All in all, a great trip!

Nice clean room. Breakfast included. Comfortable pillow top bed. Just needed a nice place to sleep after the Brewer game.

My wife and I booked 2 rooms, one for us and another for my daughter and her husband and 3 boys for New Year's Eve. We were greeted very nicely at the front desk and went to our rooms. The first nice experience was the convenience of the Outback restaurant, located on premises with a connecting hallway. The other nice experiences were the comfortable beds and the fantastic breakfast that was complimentary. The one drawback was the pool because the water was cool. We ended up sitting in the hot tub. Given the outside temperature was about zero may have been the reason for the cool water. We would stay again though.

The hotel staff and the amenities were quite impressive. Everything was super clean the beds were extremely comfortable and the morning breakfast was just what we needed. Definitely recommend this hotel for the price again!

I have stayed here before and like the hotel. The overall experience was excellent as the staff was very firendly and the attached Outlook restuarant was great. My only negative comment is that the carpeting in the room was spotted and it was something I noticed when I walked in. That had not been the case on other visits and not up the expectations that I had for this hotel.

We just needed some rest and the TLC that came along with it was great. The bed was so very wonderful as were the pillows as well. The lady at the desk was very welcoming and friendly, and was very helpful with hints about the area. The stay was quiet and peaceful, as needed. The breakfast was high quality. It was the best motel stay we have had in a long time!

I stay in the New Berlin area one weekend every year, and when my usual hotels at I-43 & Moorland got way too expensive, I switched to this Country Inn & Suites. I paid $50/night less than 5 miles down the road, and had a nicer experience overall. Super comfy beds, very clean room, quiet hallways (and this was in a hotel full of wedding guests and Jimmy Buffett fans!), and an extensive breakfast buffet. I highly recommend this motel.

Overall it was a fairly good experience, the down side was lots of noise - stomping sounds coming from the area above us, I even asked at the desk if there was a conference room or something else that would make that kind of noise and was told it was just a room like ours - weird.... On the positive side, the staff and food and location were just what we had hoped for.

We booked at the same time as another family member, paid the same price for what we assumed were the same rooms. They had a comfy suite, we had a frigid room next to the elevator and vending machines which buzzed loudly all night. The extra blanket we tried to use was filthy. The next morning we moved to another room. A wedding party had filled e hotel so we had few options. Ended up in a room with two queens - no suite - where the temp had been set at 50! We discovered why later when we returned and found a room that smelled like 5 people had been smoking up a storm. Our room, we discovered, was directly above the outside employee smoking area of the restaurant next door. No matter what we did, the smoke lingered for the duration of the trip. No one cleaned the room, although we had been gone for most of the day. We reported all of this to a disinterested staff.

The room was long, with a small seating area as you entered from the hallway that had a desk, a TV, an armchair, lamp & small table, sink, refrigerator and microwave. The bathroom opened off from the seating area, and a curtain-covered glass door could close off the sleeping area which in addition to the beds had a tv, arm chair, floor lamp, tables, and large windows that looked out over the hotel grounds and parking lot. Windows can be opened, and had screens The breakfast included a very wide range of cold and hot items and the two restaurants (one at each end of the hotel) were very handy. Beds were very comfortable, bathroom, bedroom and seating area were all very clean. Be Aware of a couple of things: For those who use the air conditioner there was only one fan speed (that we could figure out) which would hit you in the face as you slept but fortunately we didn't really need it. Also, some family members had a single room (no seating area and no door to close off the sleeping area from tv, microwave, bathroom, etc.) for the same price, and while it was spacious it didn't have the convenience of ours. Neither of us had any idea beforehand that THE room configurations could vary so much, so you may want to ask specifically which kind they are giving you.

I was extremely pleased with the accomodations. I had a King one bed suite and I could not have asked for a better room. It was very clean, the bed was comfortable and the staff was terriffic. The Outback restuarant was attached to the building and there food was outstanding as well. I made this reservation on the internet and was a little apprehensive as I read all of the previous reviews, but in this case, as I told the staff, I would stay again

Room was very clean but the bed was hard. Great friendly service.
