The staff were friendly and efficient. The room was clean, though it could have used some pretty minor repairs. The biggest issue was that I could hear the people in the next room who were talking kind of loud but not shouting. I don't stay in hotels often, so maybe that's typical.

What an inappropriate name for such a shabby room.

The first room was very small. I found a hair in the sheets and the bedspread looked dirty. We moved to a suite. There were cigarette burns in the couch and on the counter. The carpet is worn. I found another hair in the bed and yellow stains on the comforter. I asked for all clean linens and got a comforter with blood spots that looked fresh. The manager was not sympathetic and wanted to quarrel, but we did get clean linens after that. If all the hotels in Racine hadn't been booked, we would have been out of there five minutes after check in.

it was a simple overnight stop before a plane trip.

Staff was okay. Other guest's rude and noisy blaring tv at 4am and laughing loudly while we trying too sleep.

I wasn't sure what to expect since our stay was cheaper then usual but I think it was great value for the money. The room was clean and comfortable. It was a little noisy when we tried to go to bed which was at 9 (since we had a little one) so early for most people. At 9:15 it was very quiet and we didn't hear anyone. Make sure to bring shampoo and conditioner. Breakfast was simple but very good considering I wasn't expecting the hotel to have one provided. All of the staff was super friendly and the other guests were great too!

We were nervous about this being our first road trip with our 10mth infant. We arrived at the hotel for check-in and the lady was very nice. When we went to use our keycard to unlock the room, we had trouble so one of the cleaning personnel assisted us. The room was a good size with a bedroom area that was slightly divided by a kitchen counter with sink and microwave and then there was a sitting area. The room was bigger and better than I was expecting, overall the experience was great and a nice surprise for our first trip with our baby.

My husband and I stay at this hotel when we go fishing in Kenosha. The hotel is dated but clean and it is quiet. We stay at least two nights when we stay and always have a good nights sleep. It is a basic hotel where you can bring your 4 legged child which is a plus for some who won't or can't leave them at home. There is shopping and restaurants right across the street so you don't have to search all over the place for a place to eat. We unhook our boat and leave it in the parking lot and have never had any trouble with leaving it while we go to eat or while it is sitting overnight. We leave to early for breakfast but this is just a good, clean basic hotel and a great value for your money.

After the reviews on the home page of our hotel, we were pleasantly surprised to find kind service, a clean room and a breakfast that was sufficient. We will be returning again next year for this event. The cost was even lower than originally offered.

For the price paid I got what I expected. Clean quiet room without a lot of frills. I could complain about being woke up in the middle of the night by water pouring out of the ceiling of the bathroom, but they quickly moved us to another room. Just one of those things but they handled it well.

We stayed at the hotel for a number of days and our opinion of the hotel improved as time went on. The night we arrived, our bed cover looked stained and well-worn (but the following nights, the covers were in much better condition--no stains). The sheets were fresh and clean-smelling. The bathroom shower was clean and worked well, but the sink drain stopper was stuck in a barely open position and stayed that way throughout our time there. In fairness, we did not report it, but had hoped our room cleaners would take note. The walls of the bathroom could have used a good cleaning but weren't so bad as to be gross. The furnishing were very basic but functional. (If you have small children, watch out for lots of square corners on the tables and counters.) Our kitchenette consisted of a small electric coffee pot, a small microwave, and a small sink--no plates, cups or glasses. The breakfast was minimal: bagels and juice were good while the muffins, etc., were very processed-tasting--didn't try either of the 2 cereals offered. We came down for breakfast at 9 one morning (service till 9:30) and the milk and juice had run out as had most of the food. However, we came to enjoy the good things about the hotel: our room always smelled fresh and clean when we returned (no old smoke smells or bad odors), it was nicely vacuumed, the location was great for us, our room was quiet, and the staff was friendly. Best of all, the price was a bargain. Depending on your needs, this hotel could be a good choice, but do keep in mind that it provides very basic lodging only.

Friendly staff and great location to the mall and other dining

The staff was accommodating and the room was comfortable.

A friend and I stayed overnight before we ran a half marathon. We were only there to relax and sleep before the race. It was very clean, great location, friendly staff and a great price. We would definitely stay here again.

Most everything was "OK" but several things were also below average - the "Continental" breakfast leaves much to be desired. But safe and cheap

While this is a bit off the highway, it's totally worth the drive to get to. Very close to a mall and restaurants, this hotel was clean and well kept. I'd stay there again if I was ever in the area.

I read a lot of reviews about this hotel and I was reluctant to stay here. I worked at a five star hotel but I did not expect this hotel it to be a five star. I arrived at the hotel, check in fast and easy. I arrived to my room and it was small better much better than I expected, it met my needs. It was clean and had a fresh scent daily. I didn't expect a hot breakfast for the price, however the breakfast was a kick start. The hotel was very quiet during my stay. I complimented two of the housekeepers that were on break because people can always complain but never take the time out too let people know when they are doing good job. I will always stay here when I am in Milwaukee.

Value means a cramped but clean room with NO amenities adequate parking and cold cereal nfor breakfast. Staff also need more training.

The hotel is pet friendly and we had our small dog with us. Had absolutely no problems with him. The hotel is clean and the beds are comfy. We were up too early both mornings for breakfast but as far as a good nights rest it was quiet and we didn't require anything else. The mall is right across the road and their are restaurants all along the road in front of the hotel. The second night our sleep was interrupted at 2:30 as water was gushing from the ceiling fan in the bathroom. We had to be moved to the last available room and the guest upstairs were not quiet in their R rated activities. Needless to say we left quite tired early in the morning. After fishing all day we wanted a shower and a clean bed. If you require more then go where you pay more. The staff were very nice and I would have no problems recommending this hotel.

The staff was friendly. Hotel isn't great by any means. Its pretty dated and not the cleanest in the world. It does serve the purpose of being a cheap hotel in a pinch which is what I needed.
