Long line to just check in because there’s only one person in the front counter so that includes answering the phone and any other problem the other guests have. We went to the restaurant downstairs to grab something to eat and when we went back to our room our key card wasn’t working. I called downstairs but my first phone call wasn’t picked up. I had called again the second time and I was put on hold and a while later I was told that I needed to go downstairs to get it re programmed. If you know this is a busy weekend then you should have another staff to help not just one person working on a Saturday night at the front counter.
Scammers will call you directly to your room phone and ask you your credit card details saying that they are calling from the reception, Please dont even think of staying at this hotel. The hotel management are spamming customers and lying that other spammers have hacked into the system and doing scams. Beware all.
