Great and memorable stay. Well groomed and well trained front desk staff and efficient in their jobs. They are always available, listen to your complaints and address issues promptly. Check in took approximately 4 minutes.
This my second time, great experience. Even though, i messed up on my reservation, the staff and someone I sensed to be the owner, were really great in resolving my problem. This is the only hotel for me whenever I visit this area.
The hotel is designed beautifully. The breakfast was amazing and staffed by the nicest lady. She brought out coffee after hours to allow us to continue meeting. The front desk staff was also extremely polite and accommodating.
Checked in for the night. Hotel staff was quick and nice. They checked us in promptly. There is a non smoking policy at the hotel but the bathroom in our room smelled like cigarettes. Either the walls are thin or people were loud but i could hear the tv in another room on one side of the wall and ...
Friendly front desk went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. The room was clean but lacked an ironing board, a minor inconvenience. Had a small shop for snacks and personal items which was helpful. Very easy to visit yale from this location.
Overall the Hotel itself is very nice and clean but we felt very underwhelmed about the service we received. We were under the impression that there was a complimentary shuttle to the XL center but apparently doesn't run on the weekends-we were able to find out from other guests that it was just ...

Overall the Hotel itself is very nice and clean but we felt very underwhelmed about the service we received. We were under the impression that there was a complimentary shuttle to the XL center but apparently doesn't run on the weekends-we were able to find out from other guests that it was just a short walk-something the front desk should have mentioned when we were inquiring about the shuttle. Service was very slow in both the restaurant and lounge and we just felt like nobody went out of their way to make you feel welcome.
The food here is great, and the bar staff. It's very walkable to the cute restaurants and shops in Middletown, and right near the Christmas tree. I had a great view of it from my room! This is my 4th time staying here in a year and I can't wait to go back!
I attended a business conference held there and strayed in a room the night before. The hotel is very clean and room nicely furnished. The staff was excellent. I checked in about 1130 at night. I had a small problem with the shower. The water pressure varied low and high. It was probably the valve. I was able to use it ok and let the staff know the next day at checkout. I would recommend this hotel and stay there again in the future.
Needed a room and light breakfast to sleep for two-week period while visiting newborn grandchild. Perfect and reasonably priced. Older hotel next to a good, respected diner near a major highway w/o noise! Solid 4.0!
