I loved the quick and easy service while checking in .. I’ll definitely be returning in the future.

Everything was great besides the air conditioner made several loud noises throughout the night that woke us up. We were literally only there to sleep a few hours on our way to the beach and we were woken up several times by the noises it was making. Everything else was great.

When we arrived at the Inn we were really surprised at how clean everything was. The lobby and room was beautifully decorated. The staff was very polite and friendly. I would definitely stay at the location again.

Passing through on our routin route, one night stay and never again. Hotel staff was less than helpful or friendly. Showers are discounting and odd for what should be a nice hotel. A/C didn’t even work and nothing was done about it. We brought it up to the morning staff and how horrible our stay was all we received was “okay, we will say something about the A/C. The overall experience was so bad, I wish we could get a refund!

I booked a non-smoking double queen bed room at this hotel as I was traveling back from the beach. When we arrived around 10:30pm with two small children, we were told the only room available was one with two queen beds, but a smoking room. As I told the lady at the desk that we had booked a non-smoking room, she said that I shouldn't book through "those sites" and that there were no other non-smoking rooms available in town. Needless to say, we continued on and will not be staying there in the future. Terrible attitude from the staff.

Very convenient to I65. Good places to eat nearby. Some of the electrical outlets didn't work and the drain in the bathtub was broken. These are minor issues and the bed was comfortable. The pillows are pretty small as well but they give you a half dozen of them, so that was ok. Its an ok place to stay.

WE STAYED AT THE SLEEP INN AND SUITES IN PRATTVILLE, ALABAMA. THE HOTEL WAS CLEAN AND THE STAFF WAS FRIENDLY, BUT THAT WAS WHERE THE EXPERIENCE STARTED TO GO DOWNHILL. THE ROOM WAS CLEAN, BUT THE BED WAS LUMPY AND EXTREMELY UNCOMFORTABLE. WE WILL NOT STAY HERE AGAIN IN THE FUTRE.

It was a very nice, clean motel located perfectly for my needs. The staff was up on local eateries. The only negative I have is ...... for some reason the only disability motel(s) seem to consider is for people in wheel chairs. When someone has difficulty breathing don't put them on the 3rd floor at the end of the hall. I had to rest and regain my air several times just to get to and from my room.

Stayed the night for business.
