Amazing location adjacent to 12 acres of open space, 2 min from shopping, 5 miles to the GG Bridge, near beaches, hiking, tennis, pickle.

Exceptional quality includes 180" movie theater, 3 fireplaces, 5,000 square feet of indoor space and 2,000 sf of custom tiled, glass railing decks all with 180 degree views centered on San Francisco.

High ceilings, hardwood mahogany floors, Italian light fixtures, and finest finishes throughout. Two dishwashers, two ovens, two micros, two sinks, six-foot Sub Zero refer and freezer, heated floors in primary bath, full auto-bidet.

For fun we have a full size solar heated (typically mid-80 degrees in summer) infinity saline (easy on your eyes) pool with loads of toys, indoor ping pong table over a pool table, air hockey, and regulation dart board.

The 180" movie theater has professional Dolby surround sound, and there's a 70" TV in the primary bedroom. We did remove the trampolines (shown in photo) for your safety. There's a basketball hoop in the driveway.

The upper deck has built-in high power heat lamps to keep you warm in the evenings. Super quality Marshall speakers hook up to your iPhone for tunes at the pool or on the deck.

The separate small guest house on the property is not included, and may be occupied by owner during your stay.

We are located near Sausalito, the Marin Headlands, Muir Woods, 5,000 acre GGNRA, Tiburon Ridge, Ring Mountain, Mt Tamalpais, and a short drive to Rodeo, Muir, and Stinson Beaches.
