First of all the late check out advertised which made me book the place was a lie. They gave us a wrong room stating it was the only room available The sheets had stains and when asked, the cleaner said our room was not on her list to clean until the next day. Our private moment was interrupted around 10:35am to check out because housekeeping wasn't told we were checking out at noon We went out around 11:03am to put out stuff in the car came back for the rest or stuff and the key was deactivated When reported to the receptionist, I was told our arrangements were with a third party and not the hotel directly Overall experience was terrible Will not recommend

Hotel was very clean and rooms were big. Very comfortable beds. Will be staying here again.

I was not happy the room was not clean I had to clean bathroom then I went to wadd see h clothes washing machine was disgusting I had to get wipes clean that second day my room was not touched had to wait till6 pm to get towels trash was over flowing for 2 days by the elevator Hilton used to be the best to stay at for the price not happy with this property at all !!!!!!!

I have stayed at this hotel with my family on several occasions. This time I was disappointed in my stay. It started off well with the General Manager greeting us and creating a quick and easy check-in experience. Unfortunately, my other trips to the front desk were met with long lines and less pleasant staff. In addition, one of the main reasons we stayed at this hotel was because of the pool, which we love because of the private 30-minute time slots for families. Unfortunately, it broke down during our stay and was not fixed at least 24 hours later. Finally, on the last night of our stay, there was an incredibly strong stench of marijuana coming into our room. I called the front desk close to midnight to inform them and ask what could be done. They told me they couldn’t do anything about it. I asked about their “no smoking policy,”which they explained at check-in. They said that they couldn’t go around and knock on doors, but that the person would be charged if evidence of smoking was found. This didn’t help the suffocating smell and the fact that our eyes were burning in the middle of the night. I was disgusted by the lack of concern and willingness to do anything about this, as I expressed that I had two young children in my room breathing this in. We should not have been forced to be exposed to second-hand marijuana inhalation. All I could do was climb to close vents near the ceiling and use the towels to try to block the air flow coming from beneath the doors.

The room just smelled like boiled eggs and the bathrooms water wouldn’t drain other that that it was a nice stay beautiful setup more for small families, business trips or couples.

Hotel is very tired! Staff is nice but there was an issue with our card. Bed was uncomfortable, there were hairs all over the room. Hotel needs a much needed “re-vamp” but it was fine for the night.

VERY quiet room....decent breakfast. Newly renovated.

Very clean, affordable, and comfortable. The only disappointment was that the bar was closed so we had to go off-site for dinner.
