We have stayed in Best Western Atlantic Hotel, Milano during the new year period of 2018. The hotel has central location especially just one street far away to central station. You may also walk to Milan Cathedral and many famous shopping streets. Breakfast was also nice, maybe needs some improvements.

Booked this hotel because it looked nice and was a fairly close walk from the Milano Centrale train station, about an 8 minute walk. The lobby inside was beautiful and upon arrival, the staff were so friendly. The gentleman at the desk was helpful, and provided us all the info we needed for our stay. When we got to the room, it was very clean and nice. We booked the family room, it had one very large bed and a pull out twin size bed. The bathroom was spacious and clean. The room was quiet and the Air conditioning worked great. My favorite part of our stay was the breakfast buffet. Of all the places I stayed at in Italy, this was the best breakfast. They had everything you could think of and it all tasted amazing. Near the hotel was a good selection of food cafes. I would stay here again for sure.

I have just returned from a 4 night break. The hotel is in a great location a few minutes from the metro and train station. The rooms are clean and nice and the breakfast selection is great. I would certainly stay again if visiting Milan.

Will definitely stay again at Best Western Atlantic in Milan. I highly recommend this hotel. Stayed for 2 nights at the deluxe room and 1 night in a standard room. The deluxe room is very spacious and clean, beds comfortable, clean bathroom. The standard room is also good in size if staying for one night. I suggest that if you're staying for 2 nights or more, book the deluxe room. Hotel is within walking distance from Milano Centrale train station, approximately 5 minutes walk. Location of hotel is excellent when catching the Metro and/or train to Venice & Cinque Terre. We are extremely thankful to Ciprian (reception/front desk) for making our stay extra special. Service at this hotel is quick, staff very helpful. Thank you to the Best Western Atlantic Milano Hotel staff for making our stay wonderful!

We stayed for four nights with my family. I did the reservation through their website. Once I did it, received an email asking how we wanted our rooms organized, and upon our arrival everything was set as we said. The hotel is very, and l mean, very close to Milano Stazione Centrale. We walked with our bags with no problems. (7 mins) The Hop on - hop off bus stop is 5 min walk from hotel. Check in was pretty fast and the front desk personnel very polite and helpful. Rooms and bathrooms very Clean and nice! Good space! There are a lot restaurants nearby. Italian food is always goos with a glass of wine, and there is a chinese-japanese fast food reataurant an it is very good, I tried sushi and it was good also and prices very inexpensive! Breakfast in the hotel was very good, there was orange juice, coffe, chocolate, varieties of breads, Ham, cheese, scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, Brusqueta, kind of tortilla Española, and the personnel very polite! The bartender alway very helpful and his English is outstanding. Overall I recommend 100% this place and for sure I will stay here again! Thank you alll for your attentions and service.

The service was excellent and the hotel clean and comfortable. A good breakfast buffet was included in prices and a nice happy hour every night with snacks. The hotel is conveniently close to the central train station and the metro but the surroundings were a little shabby so as good að the hotel itself was, I wouldn't want to stay there for a long Milano visit.

The hotel is only a few minutes walk from the train station and the metro so ideal for exploring Milan. However, the area feels run down and not an area where you would want to explore in the evenings. The hotel is modern and our room was nice and clean but very small for a family room. We slept on the double sofa bed and the children slept in the twin beds. Sofa bed was really uncomfortable with springs digging into our back so we didn't sleep very well at all. The hotel had a coffee machine which was a nice touch and the breakfast was good value at €5 each.

I just returned from three weeks in Germany, Austria, and Northern Italy. I am needing hip replacement soon and had mobility difficulties, using a cane to help me walk. I chose all the hotels with two main criteria: close proximity to the rail station and elevators, which for this trip were essential. I checked on the elevator here in online descriptions and was satisfied they had one. The location IS close enough to the train station. However, the entrance is on street level, but then to get to the reception area, you have to walk down a flight of about 10 steps. Every time I entered or left the hotel meant navigating the stairs with a cane. The breakfast room is down another three flights of stairs. There is a lift up to the rooms, but no lift to get to the breakfast area. Mind you, the staff were very solicitous about my obvious difficulty getting to and from the breakfast room and then hobbling to the various tables of hot and cold breakfast items. One of the staff offered to bring me breakfast to my room. However, I wanted to make my own choice of the types and amounts of food. The hot foods changed daily. I politely declined and continued to hobble my way to breakfast. The room itself was comfortable. The choices of breakfast items were vast. There was a self serve coffee dispender and mugs, not cups and saucers, for coffee and tea. All very good. The reception staff were very helpful. My husband had his wallet stolen on the Metro, occasioning much stress. The staff helped us use the telephone to call the bank, fraud department, and credit card companies. They telephoned to Padua to help us get tickets to the Scrovegni chapel for the Giotto frescoes. Everything was great, EXCEPT for the stairs that were a painful impediment to me and would be to anyone with a similar physical disability. I would stay in this hotel again only if I had my health and mobility. But this time, the stairs caused me much pain and inconvenience.

We chose the hotel because we were to be leaving Milan by train and we found it was a simple matter for us to pull our suitcases across the square to the station, and we are 'elderly'. Its in a nice quiet street, and has lots of eateries nearby, plus the station has a mercato so we had everything on hand. Staff are friendly and helpful and breakfast is good.

We were pleasantly surprised by this affordable option near the central Milan train station. We stopped here overnight on our way to Venice for a cruise. Our room had a queen size bed and two comfy small twins for our kids. The bathroom was very nice. The hotel has great A/C, which is good because we were there during a heat wave! I was worried it might not be air conditioned but it worked great. The staff was friendly if not effusive. We did not eat the breakfast, because it didn't start until 7am and we had to leave earlier. But the 5-minute walk to the train station was perfect early in the morning! I definitely recommend this place, especially if you are staying in Milan a short time and need access to the train station.
