Worst vrbo rental experience to date

To say this apartment is very run-down is an understatement- it is a work horse. Get ‘em in and get ‘em outWashing machine is moldy, light bulbs need replacing, dishwasher doesn’t clean dishes, stains on fabrics, walls scuffed, some plugs don’t work, no closets nor hangers. A consistent annoying all-day jack-hammering noise two floors down which we were told would be one day of noise. Not so.Property Management company took payment for an extra night when I informed them 10 weeks earlier that I needed the apartment for four nights. Wouldn’t refund as once they received my final payment-they then informed me the unit is a five night rental. Very disappointed as I could have canceled this booking and found another if I was informed of this 10 weeks earlier and received return of my deposit. To add fuel to fire - they had the apartment booked on my final night that I cancelled therefore received two payments - mine and the new guests. Still didn’t return my 250e payment for that one night. Very disappointed left feeling duped after they double dipped! The only positive is the location.

Lovely apartment near Duomo

We had a lovely stay in this 2 bedroom/2 bath apartment in the heart of Milan. It had great walking access to anything you needed-grocery, Duomo, Teatro alla Scala, Navigli District, and more. It was also great to have a washer in the unit(drying rack was outside so I just brought it in for winter). Our only complaint was that the bathroom showers were a little funky to operate.
