Prompt, free shuttle, good restaurant, nice rooms.

Very pleasant and comfortable experience. The restaurant was very good, actually.

The rooms are a bit worn, but the location is good and the restaurant excellent.

Easy and super quick shuttle to and from Linate Airport 24 hours. Very comfortable with a very good kitchen and fantastic staff.

This hotel was advertised as a 4 star hotel. Instead it turned out to be closet to a motel . The carpet was dirty, and the room very tiny. The judge you 1 Euro for tiny plastic cup of coffee at the lobby , something most places have as complimentary service. The room was so tiny that the side lamp couldn't for it. See photos. The only thing is its close to the airport and they offer a shuttle. We were promised breakfast before we left instead it was just a few cookies.

Arriving late from a day's tour the AirHotel was fantastic clean and safe and helpful. The transport service between the hotel and the airport was very helpful. A great hotel for those who need to wait for a flight!

Excellent hotel-- very close to airport, yet set within in a grove of pine trees. The reception staff was helpful in all details- quick, efficient, friendly. Airport transportation round the clock. Better still, they keep a very decent breakfast right at the front desk from 3:30 a.m (!); I'm definitely sorry I missed the real thing that starts at 6:30! The rooms have all amenities, including AC (nice), a full range of toiletries (toothbrush, makeup pads, q-tips, shampoo). The decor is very tasteful and evocative of 19th century Victorian luxury, though there are nice modern touches. Soundproofing in room is good. They also gave free access to mini-bar, something I've never experienced (usually the better hotels try to rip you off this way). I have nothing to complain about. Even bearing in mind that hotels in Italy are of good quality (versus US), this one stands out both by its quality, but (and this is the real difference), its individuality. Definitely earns the 4 star rating. I'll definitely stay there again.

Breakfast was outstanding. They quickly responded to our requests to be dropped off and picked up at the airport.

We had a very early flight out of Linate Airport. We stayed at this hotel at the end of a long few weeks travel around Italy, it had some of the American comforts that we missed during our travel. Such are COLD air conditioning, American breakfast, wash clothes for your face, a few America TV shows and a larger bed. They had free airport shuttle that was fast and friendly. The airport is maybe 5 minutes away - would come here again.

We had a bit of trouble getting to the hotel, because people at the airport directed us to the city shuttle. That bus let us off about two streets up from the Hotel. We did not realize we had to call the Hotel from the airport to get its shuttle. Once we arrived at the Hotel, we were delighted to find a comfortable, clean, and relatively quiet room. The staff helped us print out our boarding passes. We also had an opportunity to grab a light dinner in the dining room. Before catching the Hotel shuttle to the airport (before the sun was up), we were treated to coffee and tea and some wonderful Italian breakfast cakes. Many Thanks!

The hotel as a perfect stop for us before an early morning flight out of Linate. When we arrived, we had to wait a little bit for the shuttle to arrive, but things got better when we were finally able to get to the hotel. The food was decent in the restaurant. We appreciated all of the amenities in the room, including the items in the free mini-bar and the other items in the bathroom. The staff was very accommodating, especially when we were up at 3:30am to get to the airport for a 6:30am flight! Even though breakfast wasn't served until 6:30am, they had some breakfast items out in the lobby.

I stayed here to catch an early flight out of Linate and was very happy with the choice. Getting there took just a phone call and they picked me up from the airport. In the room you have complimentary mini-bar, a robe and slippers along with the other typical amenities. For those who must checkout before 6am when the typical breakfast begins, they offer a small continental breakfast from 3am to 6am. Extremely comfortable, very professional, you won't go wrong staying here.

I had never stayed in a hotel away from the U.S. and was very pleased with the customer care, from the shuttle, which was very efficient, to the little touches like shower caps, shoe cloths, and sewing kit on the vanity. I arrived late at night, and phoned the hotel as instructed, to get a shuttle. They were already waiting for me when I got to gate 4 on the first floor of the terminal. A note for future travelers, the ground floor is "0", and the check-in departure floor is "1". Gate 4 is at the far right end of the sidewalk as you exit the building. Upon arrival to what seemed like a quaintly tucked away place, I was impressed with the richness of the lobby, with its leather sofas and lovely sitting area. The staff was very professional and spoke English very well. The room is furnished with a desk, chair, a/c with instructions, tv, and firm bed with a foam mattress. Another note: you must insert your key card into the wall slot just inside the door to activate the lights. The bathroom has a corner glass enclosure shower with a high end fixture so a great shower flow and water temp. Very large, bath sheet towels, even if slightly worn. Also equipped with a towel warmer. As I should have requested a wake-up call, did not get a chance to sample the breakfast. The hotel staff saw that I needed to hurry (flight leaving in less than 45 min), and they quickly summoned the driver, who had me at the departure curb in less than 10 min. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Free parking; courteous desk personnel; computer for boarding card printing; free Wi-Fi; wake-up call timely; the only thing to improve would be the lunch buffet -- too costly for too little choice of food. We went to McDonald's instead.

After a week of small beds in Sicily, my one-night layover in Milan was welcome comfort, at a reasonable price increase. Breakfast selection was good, average taste, served early enough to still catch my flight. Getting around wasn't as convenient as expected. Can't pre-book the shuttle, you must call from the airport. If you happen to just miss the shuttle at the hotel, awaiting its return takes longer than you can walk to the airport (sadly, there is no footpath). Getting to the city centre requires taking this shuttle, as well, then catching a bus from from the airport. Hotel service provided everything else I needed, but sometimes with snarky comments from the staff--trying to chalk it up to language differences.

Real 4 star hotel with all the facilities: free shuttle to/from Linate (from Linate - call to the hotel and wait for 5 mins). The way'll take you 5 mins more. The only trouble: difficult to reach the hotel by step from the airport. But it's not a problem absolutely! Excellent hotel!
