Close to a metro. Spacious room. A bit dated. TV remote needed new batteries. Some lights didn't work, (or we couldn't find the right switch). Poor pressure in the shower. OK breakfast. Staff generally pleasant Check in ( a young woman) was super friendly and enthusiastic. Would rate between Good and Very Good.
Dated I could live with, but dirty? No. I was here for three nights on a business trip and honestly, i looked for other hotels with vacancies as soon as I saw my room, and it was with complete 'ewwwww!' that i realised i would have to stay here. I wasn't the only one, a fellow traveller also did the same exercise along with trying to switch rooms. The light switches were FILTHY, there were uncovered wires coming out of the telephone and out of the wall, a completely disgusting oily head stain on the headboard, and an incredibly long hair under the bedsheet. Definitely not mine (i have very short hair!). I realise that it was unseasonably warm in Milan this October, but when you walk into your room and its at around 28 degrees C, its too warm. And when you tell the front desk that you think the air conditioning is not working, they smile politely and tell you that it only works to heat, not cool. Not a great deal of help when your room is more swedish sauna than cool chic Milan. The shower pressure is poor with wildly varying heat. Shower long enough and you can take a bath at the same time - thats how good the drainage is. Or rather you could take a bath if there was a plug...... And if you do have long hair, bring your own hair dryer - the pathetic hosepipe type from the 70's doesn't have sufficient power to blow a feather. I can only think that other reviewers had better rooms and therefore a different experience, but i would most definitely NEVER go back to this hotel.
From the moment I walked in the front door, until I checked out 7 days later, I was treated like I was the only one at the property! Outstanding customer service. From the room attendants to the manager, never missed a beat! The bartenders are excellent! The rooms are just adequate. Nothing fancy, a little small but clean and comfortable. The local area has great shops and restaurants.
We have just returned from a lovely weekend in Milan, and this hotel was the icing on a perfect cake! As soon as we arrived we were treated very attentively and Bianca on reception was fantastic in every way-polite, caring and very informative on things to do, places to visit and how to get there etc. The rooms were spotless, large and airy, ideal for our three night stay. We visited the bar on a couple of occasions and the barman was also brilliant and very friendly. Breakfast was great too, lots of choice and always hearty, with attentive staff on hand to assist when needed. The location of the hotel is excellent, literally a 100 metres from the nearest metro station which connects you to everywhere you would want to go. We had to leave the hotel at 4am to catch our flight. After speaking to Bianca, she went out of her way to arrange a taxi and also offered to provide us breakfast boxes in the morning-amazing service. I really recommend staying at this great value hotel-the staff go out of their way to help make it as special as possible. Special mention goes to Bianca for her outstanding service - we would definitely stay here next time. I hope the hotel reads this and Bianca gets the praise she rightly deserves. Ciao for now Milano!
We had a pleasant stay at this hotel, placed in a quiet neighborhood of Milano. It was really close to a metro stop and close to a couple of supermarkets. The breakfast was nice, a good variety of food to chose from. The room was cleaned on a daily basis. The towels were changed daily. We will definitely consider this hotel if we will visit Milano again.
We stayed here for 3 nights in September, The hotel prices in the centre of Milan were a little over priced so we decided to stay a little bit further out.the hotel was lovely, it's a little out of the way from the centre of Milan however the metro station is on a couple of mins walk and the metro system itself is really easy to use. You can get a ticket for about 4 euros a day and use it as much as possible. Hotel staff we're all very pleasant. Room was nice, big was really big and very comfy had a fridge and a safe. The only slight issue was the shower, it only trickled out and the cold water didn't work all the time on it so it was boiling hot (I like a really hot shower but that was even too hot for me) We were only there a couple of nights so made do however I'm sure if we would have told someone they would have sorted it out . Breakfast was included - was very nice and had plenty to choose from, yoghurts, fruit, pastries, cheeses, toast cereal and juices tea and coffee. The neighbourhood itself made you feel very safe. There's a few bars and restaurants and has a local market in a Tuesday. Overall very pleasant stay would defo recommend the place.
After staying at some superb hotels in Rome, Cinque Terre, Amalfi, I was expecting a lot more out of my stay in Milan. It was decent, nothing wow. The hotel is very dated and in need of a major face lift. The carpet on the 4th floor and in our room is in need of major cleaning, as it has an unpleasant odor. Breakfast was decent. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location is great, as it is one block away from a metro stop and 20 mins by train to the Duomo.
I spend 4 night in this hotel is very clean and no noise you can sleep in a lovely comfortable clean bed.The breakfast is lovely you can eat as many as you wish and even have a little take away while you are out around. Four wonderful night at the Adi Poloziano: exelent position(near metro) very nice neighborhood with plenty of restaurant Very good And rich breakfast But the best of the Hotel is the Staff!!! All the staff are very friendly and helpfull in the hotel I would like to specially thank the fron desk particulary Daniele who is always ready to help And gives very good advice for things to do in Milan I defenetly will be back!!!
I've booked that hotel very spontaneous for me and my boyfriend for 4 days. The price for the overnight stay plus breakfast was really great. Especially the hotel is centrally located to the city centre. This simplifies the way. The rooms were very bright and above all very clean. I was very surprised because I had a little fear that you would recognize the low price here. Also the staff was always very effort to make our stay as pleasant as possible. The breakfast was the only where I was not so convinced. It was only given a little selection and in general my taste was not hit. But I think for the price it is OK. To sum up, the hotel is a super place for a little spontaneous trip to get to know Milan for a few days.
