This hotel is close to the metro station, but you have to connect on a different metro to get to the city center or the train station. The room was dated. The carpet was very worn. and I did not want to take my shoes off to walk on the carpet. When I walked in the room, the first thing I noticed was a dried booger on the wall. In the shower, there was hair from previous guests. My toilet constantly ran. Also, don't except to dry your hair in a timely matter. The hair dryer barely works and gets so hot it is impossible to hold meaning it's necessary to take breaks. The hotel does have AC, but if you want to sleep leaving your AC on at night is not an option. Every time it ran it sounded like a plane was taking off. The hotel is not sound proof. I could hear everything happening in the hallway, upstairs, and outside my window which faced the back of the hotel. This hotel does not deserve 4 stars. I booked with TripMasters and stayed at 3 star hotels in Rome, Florence, and Venice. I would recommend all of those hotels, but not the ADI Poliziano Fiera.
This hotel is at a very convenient spot close to the Metro although I did not use. The taxi rate to the city very reasonable. Lots of good restaurant around. Ristorante Controvento is a better restaurant than what the hotel recommends. For seniors getting on the bath tub is very difficult as it very high. We had asked for a taxi to get to the airport at 4am the day before but the taxi never turned up. I don't know whether it is the fault of the taxi or the hotel. If you like to stroll around markets there are 2 markets very close to the hotel on Saturdays.
Loved this hotel . Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms lovely, very clean and comfortable. Breakfast nice and lots of choice. Bar in evenings nice too. Location good, tubes within a min walk or main town 20 min walk. Definitely stsy here again
I just want to to rave about the awesome service I received whilst staying at the Adi Hotel Poliziano Fiere in Milan Italy. The service from all staff was top class for the entire week of the duration of my stay and when I had to leave to come back to South Africa I asked a gentleman by the name Danilele Torico to please call a taxi for me after he checked train times for me and advised that I would be cutting it very thin and risked missing my flight. The taxi did come in time but when I got to the Lufthansa check-in counter at the Malpensa airport I discovered that I had left the folder containing my passport and phones at the back of the taxi. The stewards at the Lufthansa check-in counter were so kind they went all out to find a phone and also search for the contact details of the hotel on the Internet for me. They communicated with Daniele at the Adi Hotel and he somehow managed to get the taxi driver to turn around and come deliver my forgotten items to me back at the hotel. One steward even came to meet me outside the airport whilst I was waiting for the taxi to return to inform me that she was leaving for her duties elsewhere but that they would wait for me for as long as they could. I was so relieved to be able to get my passport and phones back and also be able to catch the flight back home. If it wasnt for the awesome service and awesome people, things could have been a lot worse for me. Thanks!
Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Location was very central and convenient. The metro is walking distance. However we were using Taxis to get about. The maximum, we paid was Euro 14. it was between Euros 10-14 to get to any of the place of interest. The staff was very helpful. The breakfast was very basic.
If u are looking for a decent stay in Milan without huge budget, this hotel is quite acceptable in term of service and cleanliness of the room. The bathroom is clean. Simple toiletries are provided. However, some may feel it is not spacious enough if ur body size is of XXL.
Just returned from 3days/2nights at Hotel Poliziano Fiera. The staff are all friendly and helpful. The room was very clean, nice bed and linen and warm and cosy. The shower was good but personally I would have liked more power. There was a reasonably good choice at breakfast so no need to go hungry. The location is quiet and good for transport links into Milan central, whether you prefer bus, tram or the train, the stop is just a few minutes walk away. Reception is fast and efficient and was very helpful when we decided to go to Lake Como for the day, telling us of a faster train route without changing train. Highly recommend for a short break in Milan.
ADI Hotel has a nice staff. I felt like the hotel was decent for a short stay. The rooms are decent but nothing special. Very simple. There is a mini bar open until midnight and the location is very close to the metro train station. Pretty easy to catch without a taxi or Uber and will save money if commuting from Milan Central Station. Breakfast is included and there is free wifi.
The location of the hotel is brilliant, with the metro a few mins away and easy to use, it is very easy to get around. Beds were comfy (sheets not so much) and the hotel in general very clean. Breakfast was just cold meats, fruit ect. So we didn't have any in the end. Overall pretty good for our long weekend
The hotel is close to metro station or tram station so is very easy to reach many points of interest. The rooms aren’t too big, but cosy enough. The hotel provides free wi-fi and a plus, beside location the breakfast is more than an Italian one. So you have some options. The wraped breakfast (asked a day prior) isn’t so good, is a point where improvement is needed. Reaching here from airport- for instance Bergamo airport –take the shuttle bus from there- 5EUR/way or 9 EUR round trip. The shuttle drops you off at Milano Centrale from where you have to take the metro (green line 2 stops with an exchange to Garibaldi and another 3 stops to Gerusalemme). From Gerusalemme metro station you have to walk 180 m and you will see on the right the hotel. At the reception, at check in you will be charged with 5 EUR/night city tax, which is quite annoying when you come with the voucher and you have everything payed. This tax can be included when you book. The hotel provides free wi-fi. If you visit Milan during weekend on Saturdays just around the left corner of the hotel there you will find a street market with everything, is quite an experience, worth to walk. Close to the hotel there is a supermarket-Esselunga, you might need it especially that you have to know that in Italy restaurants opens at 7 p.m and during lunch time (not all of them).
