The studio apartment can host up to 2 people. It is located on the second floor of an apartment building with reception service, elevator and gym available for guests.
The house is complete with air conditioning and heating, wi-fi internet, washing machine, hair dryer, TV, iron and ironing board, kitchen with induction hob, electric oven, dishwasher, electric kettle, coffee maker etc.

The studio apartment Citylife Charm Studio is a comfortable and spacious solution for singles or couples. The building in which the apartment is located has an elevator, internal courtyard and condominium gym available to guests 24h.
The house is a single room very airy and bright, furnished with open kitchenette, double sofa bed with supercomfort mattress, TV. A large shower room completes the interior.
A spacious balcony is furnished with table and chairs, ideal for having coffee, lunch or breakfast outdoors.

The short-stay rental apartment in Milan is located in Milan`s City Life neighborhood, about 450 meters from the nearest metro stop and within walking distance of all amenities and the pulsing heart of shopping.
The district is close to Sempione Park and the historic center, and is home to luxurious apartment buildings and cutting-edge skyscrapers. The Citylife district has trendy stores, international restaurants and cinemas.
Citylife park with more than a thousand trees is perfect for a stroll or jog in the open air.


- Self check-in instructions will be sent by mail or wsapp.
- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 3pm to 10pm) and check-out (from 7.30 am to 10am). An extra payment for late check-in upon request is required: euro 20 (from 10pm to 12am); euro 30 (from 12am to 01am); euro 45 (from 01am to 02am).
- No one other than registered guests may enter the apartment, not even for a short period of time.
- It is forbidden to smoke and organize parties.
- The apartment is located in a condominium and it is forbidden to make noises that could disturb the neighbors between 10pm and 8am.
- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Street parking by fee.
