Very nice staff willing to help. Bathroom was dirty and the manager was going to address the issue. Changed to a clean room. Breakfast needs healthier choices ( fruits ). Overall satisfied.
The room smelled faintly of urine. The bedding was clean and comfortable. The grab&go freeze dried breakfast sandwich was awful. Too bad I don't like apples, that looked OK. The pool and hot tub were closed.
Comfortable beds, easy parking, nearby restaurant. Grab-and-go breakfast of prefab bun & egg and no milk was inedible.
Very convenient place to stay right off the highway. This was my 3rd stay while traveling through late at night. Friendly staff, room very clean, well lit parking lot. The grab and go breakfast was well thought out. I would stay again.
Didn't like breakfast. In recent travels all over Eastern US, this is the only place we didn't receive hot breakfast.
Very clean room and hotel, room was spacious and modern, quiet - slept well, and staff was very courteous. The included breakfast was extremely minimal because of COVID protocol but not enough to knock this hotel from 5/5 stars. Will stay here again.

Tried for two days to cancel...called property...they said I could only cancel via orbitz. tried six time online and on phone to orbitz...orbitz kept replying booking number not found...info not found...sorry can't help you and hung up. could not get a real person online...system sucks. now stuck with bill due to your system that is not people friendly,

It is what I expected for $75 a night I think... They had some kind of water/mildew issue in the hall wall so when you walked in the room you tracked water. The room smelled like strong mildew and was VERY humid to the point that with the AC on all night my clothes were damp the next morning. But, the bed slept well and the bathroom was clean, I have seen worse.
Staff extremely helpful and very attentive. Rooms were clean but tired.
I chose this property because it was slightly better than the one next door, and they were the only reasonably priced properties close to Tally on homecoming weeekend. That said.. it wasn't terrible, but it IS quite far from everything. Hotel was clean, and it relatively good condition, and staff was courteous. The walls were apparently just a single sheet of sheetrock as i could hear every word of what i assume was a normal volume conversation next door. I had to sleep with the (very loud) bathroom fan on as white noise to drown out the neighbors.
The parking lot exit was very damaged. There is a large dip and degrade that will damage someone's car if not careful. The room had a very bad odor that came from the air conditioner
The room had a stale smell. But once we sprayed some cleaner in the vent it smelled better.
