The room was excellent and very clean. Bed is very comfortable and I got some of the best sleep here. Awesome hotel. I recommend this hotel to any and every pasting through and stay in the area, I will definitely being stoping back through here to stay here in the near future.
This is not a $300 hotel room. If that’s what you’re looking for (and I went out of my way to come here, expecting the $289 price to be reflective of the quality and amenities), this isn’t it. First issue: I found the hotel while filtering for places that include “restaurant”. When booking (local number via TripAdvisor), I specifically asked if the hotel had a restaurant and was told that it did. It was disappointing when arriving after a long day’s drive to find out that there was no food available, unless one counts vending machines. If you want a beer or glass of wine to relax with, you’re out of luck there, too — the downstairs convenience shopping is purely for soda and the like. The room itself is fine. But it’s just fine in the sense of being OK — not the other connotation. There’s a big crack in the wall of the bath, and someone’s idea of “fixing” it was to smear some clear caulk over it and call it a day. Not a big deal if you pay a hundred bucks for a room. Unfortunately that’s not what I paid. Finally, when waking up and going to make coffee, surprise! All that was present was multiple packs of decaf. Kudos to the front desk staff for responding instantly to bring some regular coffee packs up (and a fresh cup of coffee to boot— much appreciated and I’ve added a star just for that). Honestly, if it hadn’t been for the coffee thing, I might not have even bothered leaving a review. But that was the final straw. Being able to crawl out of bed and have a cup of coffee is table stakes for anything purporting to be “civilization”. TL;DR: this hotel is appropriately priced in the $100-140 range. If you see it for twice that, it’s not a reflection of the hotel’s amenities. It’s just overpriced.
Absolutely wonderful! I very much enjoyed my stay here while visiting my husband. The room was huge, clean and the bed was so comfortable! The entire staff was so nice and helpful! A young lady even showed us an itemized book of things to do in the area! Also the food was amazing!!
Hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful Hotel was not on I 20 but was not terribly hard to find. We would stay here again if in the area.Walk in shower was perfect for my wife who is currently on crutches.
its a great hotel for rig and work crews to stay however lacks comfort. It needs to be spruced up. Dryers were not working however they had notices and were in the process of repairs. the front desk and maids did a great job of service and keeping things clean.
Restroom had the worst odor of Cigarettes Ever. We were given an Ozone Machine that did not Help at all. My wife was told it's because she was pregnant she had sensitivity to it! Just so you know I Smelled it first as soon as I opened the door the first nights stay. I was the one to Smell it first we were never even offered the option of changing rooms.
Mrs. Rosa was excellent in checking and setting up reservations. Never a long wait on the phone while setting up Schedule. Room was very nice, bed was comfortable. Very relaxing, no road noise. Very good set up for business. Nice breakfast area. Very clean, always.
Rooms were in disrepair; not clean; outside doors that were supposed to be secure to guests did not lock; people were in and out all hours of the night; loud thumping music all night; slamming doors; screaming; we got no sleep and got out of there at 5am to go to another hotel. The clerk never even bothered to care about our reasons for leaving so abruptly. I’ve stayed in motels off of the interstate that were better than that! To top it off we STILL were charged over $150 for the few hours we were there!!!
When traveling I don’t think of staying anywhere else. Service is always great staff is professional mixed with a family attitude . For my needs in a excellent location. My third or fourth time here and each is better than the previous stay.
The staff including Rosa at the front desk have been extremely helpful and made my stay great. the food and room are both comfortable and I would recommend this hotel to others and also I would stay here again.
