I was so disappointed with property as it wasn't up io La Quinta standards.

Conveniently located on the loop near lots of restaurants, drug stores, etc. A large, nicely equipped and decorated room. Our poodle felt right at home and so did we. Helpful staff and tasty breakfast. Fine place.

Enjoyed the breakfast in the remodeled dining area.

I was on a business trip and I only stayed one night but the accommodations were great.

I have stayed at the LaQuinta in Texarkana for $82 a night that was twice as good as service and value as this hotel. I probably will not use your service again. They actually rented our room out to someone our second night and they tried to get into out room, scared my wife half to death. The early morning guy at the desk was the only person with any sense that we came into contact with. The lady on duty when we checked in (about 3:30pm) was really not friendly at all. First she said there were no rooms, then there were rooms but not ready, then finally came up with a room. The old 25" TV in our room was marginal.

even though i had confirmed reservations they gave my room away and admitted that they were over booked BEFORE even taking my reservation. received no help in finding a different room for the night.

Breakfast was absolutely horrible! Everything was gross! Cold! Eggs sausage! Little itty bitty cups for juice look like shot cups! Only good thing was coffee. Stayed there 5 days & they did NOT appreciate my stay! Towels were worn out & old...rags! Sheets were worn out too! Also saw stains on comforter! Seems like every day i got fewer & fewer coffee condiments & cups! Only good thing was nice housekeepers! Noone was ever @ front desk but could here em in the back laughing & hanging out!

Arrived after dark, about7:45pm,a woman traveling by myself. Very limited parking by building, and upon parking out by the outer bounderies I almost broke my neck/ leg. When you step over the curb the ground literally goes away. There is also an open pit of some kind ( waste I think) with absolutely nothing to warn you. It was about 2 1/2-3 feet deep.No one at front desk upon arrival and takes a minute to see the door bell thing they have taped to the counter, same thing in the morning. Workers were definiteley there for the paycheck...Not customer friendly and I realize this is a new hotel but there is a lot of also new competition around them.My father is ill and this will be a trip I am gonna make several more times and will not be staying in this location..The room was GREAT and the hotel was really nice..but you have to have customer service and the parking experience was terrible. I did tell the lady upon check-in and she din't even comment..It is also tricky trying to get to this location.

VERY CLEAN,GREAT BREAKFAST AND NICE STAFF. DINING CLOSE BY. WE WOULD STAY AGAIN.

Baby bed furnished at check in, delivered to room promptly, all was clean and in working order. Room was clean, neat, and had no odors. Great breakfast was free, overall a great buy and a great place to stay.

The La Quinta Inn and Suites Midland North is a very clean, new hotel. Friendly staff. Spacious rooms. Well lighted rooms, as well as parking lot. I liked that there were security cameras in the halls. Great location in Midland. I needed to check into the hotel before "check-in time", and was allowed to do so. I will be staying at this hotel when I return to Midland!
