Staff is slow. Hotel needs facilities uplift. First room given had not been cleaned so had to wait again for staff to slowly assign second room. And $160 for one night for two in a sleepy midwestern town?

There was a lot of door slamming after 10 pm. It’s a great location. Very clean and comfortable.

This was a nice little getaway. The girl working the front desk on 2/14 was extremely friendly and helpful. Was very welcoming and accommodating even though nothing was really needed.
Decent stay but the room smelled a little like smoke. Loved the location because there were 24 hour stores right across the street.
Had a great stay went to see little big town at soaring eagle and the staff at the hotel were excellent we had a refrigerator brought up to the room it took minutes for the staff to bring it up to us
My fiancé and I went to a concert at soaring eagle and it was nice to be able to not have to stay right into Mt. Pleasant.
They call it a fitness center when they should call it a broom closet with a treadmill in it. Apart from that it was very nice.
Friendly staff, & clean comfortable room. I wish it was a bit easier to turn north on to Eastman.
The hotel room was clean, the bed was comfy and the location was great. The driveway into the hotel is somewhat confusing, its through a restaurant parking lot. Would stay there again when visiting Midland, MI
Typical Hampton Inn. Business Computer was not private. Walls are super thin. In-house breakfast was so-so (very cold french toast 'dippers').
It was just fine. I stayed at the Hampton Inn in Midland. It was clean, quiet, had a decent breakfast.
At check in the staff was most helpful, asking if I needed directions/maps. I stayed one night, during the night there had been a snow storm, staff, a young lady, went out & cleaned off all the cars & trucks. Super service!
Receptionist was extremely friendly and helpful.
