Everything was perfect except the building insulation is poor. You can hear every mechanical item running when turned on and people talking was noticed all the time. BUT I WOULD STAY THERE AGAIN. That was not a deal breaker. Office staff was very helpful when needed.
We loved the little kitchen they had in the room. The staff there was incredibly friendly. When going to the Newport area, we will be staying here again!

Got an email from the Front Desk Mgr the day before arrival (surely an auto-generated note, but still a wonderful gesture) welcoming us and offering to help in any way possible. I replied and said we'd need a crib for our baby and got a quick response that they'd arrange to have a pack 'n play in our room. Sadly, it was not there when we arrived (so the whole pre-arrival email thing was not perfectly executed) but when I asked they brought it immediately and it looked brand new. Our 8 month old slept great and we had no issues with our stay, it was quite comfortable and I highly recommend. If they stick with that pre-arrival email program and really deliver each time, that would be like Ritz Carlton level service right there.
The hotel was great overall, it was just in a shady location. Nevertheless, I would definetly stay there again.

Good location about 5-10 minute drive from downtown Newport or Jamestown. Room was clean, relatively spacious and staff were friendly.
We had the best time. Five girls in the two bedroom, very comfy. Full kitchen, so we cooked every meal. This made for a very inexpensive relaxing weekend. The only problem I had was that it went bye too fast. Can't wait to do it again. The staff was great. Breakfast was yummy and fresh. Great selection.

We had such a great time that we added an extra night to our stay. The room was really comfy and we felt at home. The staff were lovely. I would recommend this hotel to friends and family.
Front desk staff were awesome. Anything you needed they were very helpful. When I asked for a late checkout they said "No Problem." Loved it. Loved loved loved the indoor pool.
The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, the room (a two bedroom suite) was spacious, exceptionally clean, smelled wonderful, and was perfect for our needs. The location makes it easy to get around the island.
