A much needed rest at the end of a 10 hr stressful drive! Literally booked the room 15 min before check in and was pleasantly surprised at how nice the property was. We were able to plug in our hybrid (for free!) and walk next door for a meh dinner at Cosimos.
Amenities were great, bbq area and pool, plus fire pit and the rooms were very spacious.
Very clean and kids loved the pool even though it was small.
Unable to rate most except for communication. Apparently there was a water break which resulted in loss of power. When I arrived to check in after multiple attempts to Home let hotel know I was going to be a late check in the hotel was completely dark no cars in the parking lot. Thankfully noticed a person wandering around in the dark and banged on the window. The worker open the door and told us about the water break in power out and that we were being to a different hotel location. A phone call would’ve been appropriate from the facility to tell us about it in advance and let us know where to go. Was put in a downgraded hotel, have requested a refund of the difference in what I paid for so far no response from hotel
I would stay there again. Spotless ...very friendly staff went out of their way to please. If you are looking to stay in the area this is the place to go👍👍👍👍👍👍
The hotel is nice and up to date...the outdoor facilities were a plus with the grills and fire pit. The pool was a nice size and with covid everyone remained respectful. The staff was nice, but did nothing when I told them there was a leak in the bathroom above the toilet. I did not enjoy having what looked like the AC vent leak onto my head as I handled business on the toilet ...

Unfortunately due to the issue you mentioned and our not having power in the building, we were not able to access the system or our guests information to make a phone call to you, we wish we did. You were issued a refund and we paid for your alternate hotel. We wish you well on future stays.
