The property was exceptionally clean and well maintained. It was walking distance to the Rhode Race, which was great! Also, the restaurants all around that were in walking distance were wonderful, as well.

The property is conveniently located. There was ample parking. check in was fast and efficient. The rooms were clean although the furniture was a little outdated. Beds were comfortable.The price was reasonable for Newport, RI. The hotel was under renovation--- but that did not interfere.
Staff was friendly and warm. We were happy with the size of the room, beds were comfortable, pool was fun. Our room never got cleaned and despite efforts from staff, we had lots of trouble working the tv (which we were told were brand new but we couldn’t operate because kept asking for a pin we didn’t have and hotel didn’t supply). Minor issues and we would stay here again.
Bed had stains. Kitchen area broken and light when entering room doesn’t turn on. We ended up leaving that night we didn’t even sleep there

Front desk was good my only complaint was with the initial rudeness of cleaning staff but when I went out and came back in they did a phenomenal job with cleaning up but initially very rude, down the chain of command unfortunately, but I would visit this property again.
