This property is consistently clean and has comfortable bedding, which are the two most important things to me for a hotel. ALSO, Rosemary in the breakfast area is amazing - my husband was looking for another cup of coffee and I told him we didn't have time to wait for the fresh coffee that was supposed to be available in a few minutes. Well, we were putting on our seatbelts in the car when Rosemary tapped on the window and gave my husband a fresh cup of coffee! So yes, she walked outside to find him and bring him coffee. Now THAT is some great customer service!!!

This hotel was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and the free breakfast was great. No complaints, this will be my go to when traveling to Middleton for work.
Friendly staff, super clean and the location is convenient. The breakfast and coffee area is congested, seating is somewhat limited. We have skipped the morning coffee on several visits and moved on to find a restaurant. Families tend to linger in this area in the morning and forget that there are other guests waiting to grab a coffee.
There were a lot of children running around and knocking on doors. Other then that, it was a good experience
Disappointed that we could not put our stay toward our Marriot Rewards. They no longer allow you to earn points when you use any booking engine other than theirs. Guess I won't book through Orbitz any longer.
Staff was extremely helpful, accomodating, and pleasant. Nice amenities for this level hotel. Great location/access to everything if you want & need to be in Middleton. We have stayed here 5 times over many years of visiting family in area. They have recently remodeled. I left some boots in room and they offered/were very helpful to mail them to me.
Had an impromptu trip to the Madison area this past weekend and stayed at the Fairfield in Middleton. Even though they were in the midst of renovation, it did not play a negative role in my stay. I always choose this hotel when I stay in Middleton because it's right near the places I want to go. The staff is awesome and is there to make my stays there more pleasurable. Love this hotel and plan to come back soon.
