Check in Monday December 5th check out Thursday December 8th I extended the stay till the 9th. When I called to check status of deposit rayna if that’s even her name advised me it was processed which it was not then she would not let me speak to anyone else. First time I experience anything like this. As for the property I have no complaints even the cleaning staff was excellent. I will not be using rocket stay again sue to the customer service I’d rather pay more and be treated better.

Self check in was great! No bother no issues. Enjoyed my stay here and will definitely stay here again! Location is close to down town as well and also from the airport! Room has basic cooking stuff and necessities!

The room had various types of jamals (roaches). The shower half worked , had old cable , the door had issues opening at times, the shower floor threshold was too small and water could easily come out stains in couch few block up from projects that have been seen on a popular crime show. They charged me a deposit that was not mentioned AT ALL when booking would not recommend at all 0 stars

Bottom line i got locked out like other folks on here and they never sent anybody over to open my door. There is nobody on site!! I would have missed my flight if i waited for them! This was 2 weeks ago and i was told i would be compensated. Beware they do not care at all about customer!!! Avoid! Anf spread the word!

The room(number 1) was really nicely designed. The sheets were disgustingly and very noticeably stained, there were bugs in the shower and in the kitchen and all the towels were stained as well. There was also dust everywhere.

Everything is perfect. I will stay each time I have to be in Miami. Is close to everything and you don’t have to deal with anyone to check in and out. They don’t have parking but I always find a free parking on the street. The only I recommend to the management to put more attention to the cleaning off the rooms. But for the rest I %100 recommend this hotel.

We're sorry to hear we weren't able to meet your expectations. I hope you had reach out so we can rectify on all the issues you encounter. Bugs and roaches cannot be totally eradicated here in Florida due to it's tropical climate but we are doing the best we can to avoid this. We also clearly stated on our policy that we require a $100 deposit for incidentals but it will be refunded once you checked. Hopefully have got it by now. This may not be a great first impression for you but we use our guests reviews to help us improve and we hope to have another chance to make it up in the future if you ever decides to visit again. Thank you!
