Very nice little hotel close to shops and restaurants. North Beach definitely is the move next time I go to Miami..

The Waterside Hotel is a wonderful hotel. Super convenient to the beach, restaurants and bars. I cant wait to return.
This was my second time staying and just as the 1st stay I was pleased. I arrived late due to a flight cancelation and the front desk (Mr. Washington) was bubbly and just as helpful as if it was mid-day instead of midnight. He gave excellent dinning options as well shopping. He made my hectic night become at ease.

We had very bad experience with our AirBnb and found this place late night for fraction of the price. This place exceeded our expectations. Its a newer property with spacious rooms and kitchen. Amenities were great as well. Front desk folks are awesome. They work on fixing the issues immediately. One star less mainly because bath water was luke warm in the evening and couple of days we didnt have room cleaned. They fixed the issue as soon as we reported. Location is great and walkable to many attractions including beach and the famous Colins ave. Parking situation wasnt bad either.
We loved the color scheme and cleanliness and freshness of the room, bathroom nice too but 1 wash cloth?
I was in a jam after booking a room at another property that was dirty and bug infested, and Ana at the Waterside helped me out tremendously and took great care of me. Her excellent customer service will definitely bring me back to the Waterside. Thanks Ana!!
It was great some how little red ants,wash and dryer out of order,towels never been changed the whole stay,pool water dirty,after all it was not worth the. Price
I was there for a week and only had my room turned over once. Requested fresh towels and poor room service. Other than that for the price and location. It served its purpose.
First it is in a different location they dont tell you that until they take your money 1st .They dont clean the rooms at ALL the washer / dryer does not work in any of the rooms.They dont give u towels you have to walk to the other build to get anything your keys just stop working all the time to get back in your room...wait for it u guess it you have to walk 4 blocks away to have your keys reset. Everyone was having the same complaints nothing got done they dont care at all. Just a horrible ran place They dont keep rooms vac.24hrs after guests. Go somewhere eles

Do not make reservations here. No clean towels. Not clean at all. Pool was dirty. Keys stop working daily. No parking.
