It's a very good location but the hotel itself is falling apart.

It is a very nice location fir nice price. I love milanos inside the hotel they have the best food05

The advertised facilities included a beach side bar. It was closed, due to structural issues. The place looks set to be redeveloped, as it should be. The pool water temperature was not well controlled as on the 3rd day it was heated to above body temperature. Shower water temperature could go from warm to very hot in seconds making it uncomfortable. Milos pizza's were great, continental breakfast was not continental it was barren.

Beware of the construction right next door (noise starts at 7am). Located right on the beach, and easy to get to more inland. Surrounded by posh condo buildings and resorts. Across from some well-maintained strip malls. Free wifi works ONLY in the main lobby, not in the rest of the hotel as advertised. Most guests are foreign. In addition to the daily rate, there is a $12 required parking rate, and $12 required "facilities" fee.

The hotel is well located on the beach... close by many restaurants and shopping and drug stores... don't expect too much for the hotel rooms but worth a try for the money they charge.

We would not believe this place when we checked in. If it hadn’t been so late at night (1am) we would have gone somewhere else. It must be 60 years old and shows it. We awoke at 7am to find about 50’ away a huge drill that was putting in footings for a new hotel next door. Why did they put us on that side? The free breakfast was two pieces of toast, orange juice and coffee. They knew we had a lot of luggage yet they put us on the second floor without an elevator. The carpet was at least 30 years old, very worn and torn. Paint was in really bad shape. To park you had to park behind someone and leave the keys at the front desk. The worst place that I have ever stayed in over 60 years of traveling. Why is it even on this web site? We asked for our money back and they gave us two nights back but still charged us for the 6 hours we were in the room. We left first thing and went somewhere else on our own.

The hotel IS in a good location in North Beach surrounded by high rises. It's about 20-30 minutes from South Beach and most of the cool Miami stuff. I paid extra for a "premium ocean view room" i was put in a "pool view" which they claimed was an upgrade from the standard but all the rooms are pool view. They blamed the booking website and refused to help me or refund anything for the extra cost. The room makes you feel like someone might have been killed there at one point. For the price it's clean enough. The parking lot is a freaking nightmare with double and triple parked cars later at night and you have to leave your keys at the front so they can move your car if necessary. They will charge you a $10/day resort fee and an $11/day parking fee. I would rather pay a little more and get a different hotel

Next door there is anew building going up. So there is noise from 7am to 7pm. Add on include $11 per day resort fee and $ 11 per day parking fee. The beach was beautiful.

Very clean. Everything in working order. Excellent location. Half the price of anyplace else in that area so excellent choice. Just no heat in room. Cooler nights were cool! Had to run hot water in shower to warm up room for an hour. Oh well!

Off the beaten track. Not a mob scene. Great place.

Clean, comfortable, small rooms. Adequate for what I needed. Staff was friendly. Pizza/sandwich shop on that is open til 3a. Right on the beach in a beautifully landscaped area. Pack light there is NO elevator...but its only 2 floors. Stay here AFTER they have finished building the 35 story complex next door or be ready to get up at 8a. Would stay here again.

The floors were dirty, the sink was falling off the wall and neither the hair dryer or coffee maker worked. But the icing on the cake was when a member of the cleaning staff entered my room Christmas morning at 8:37 am claiming he came in to "pick up the sheets." I called the front office immediately; they sent "security" to my room. The guy laughed and told me to go back to sleep. Then again, at 9:10 am (just 33 minutes later), the cleaning staff started banging on my door wanting to clean the room. I called the front desk again...they just laughed. No, I am not making this up. Avoid this place at all costs.

My experience was ok. I had a roof above my head. The bed was comfortable. Across the street was Walgreens and Denny's (and they are 24/7). The staff was helpful enough to arrange all sorts of taxis and shuttles (to Aventura mall for ex.). Enjoyed my vacation anyways.

our experance was great. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location to the beach was fantastic. The value for this hottel was great.the only drawback was the air conditioning wasn't very good .we had to buy small fans in order to keep the room cool.We would highly recomand this hotel

uncomfortable because the room wasn"t nice. never again

GOOD LOCATION. RUDE STAFF. DECENT ROOMS GOOD LOCATION. RUDE STAFF. DECENT ROOMS GOOD LOCATION. RUDE STAFF. DECENT ROOMS

We went there on a family trip. The beach is beautiful & right at the back of hotel. However, a front desk staff named Robert was rude & unhelpful. Despite the fact that we are non smokers & have a child with us, he gave us smoking room. I have called ahead of time to remind them that we needed non-smoking rooms & also booked non-smoking rooms. He said that online booking gave false advertisement & there's nothing he can do. Fortunately, a staff name R. V. was very patience & understanding. He took the time to help us find satisfactory rooms with better air condition. He should be promoted to work at the front desk for his great customer service skill. This hotel needs more staffs like him to grow the business!!!

Great location on the beach. Nice pool. Rooms a bit dated especially the bath room. very low toilet seat. Musty smell in the interior hallways. Overall okay for the money.

The customer services was horrible! When I arrived at check in time my room was not ready and the older lady at the front desk never apologized, she just told me I had to wait. When I got into the room it was freezing and I had no access to a adjust it. In the bathroom the water did not go down the drain in the shower. Basically you take a shower with a puddle of dirty water covering you ankels. Never Again!!!!

The hotel is a great location to everything!!!!!! Its surrounded by very high buildings but who cares! This place is great! The employees are very nice and very helpful. Anything you ask for they help and give to you. The beach is literally a walk down the stairs and you are on sand! There is also a pool with lawn chairs if you don't like the beach. The pool is nice and clean!! Walgreens and McDonalds and Dennys is right across the street. Its sooo close to everything! Its about a 5 minute drive to Aventura mall and Chilis, 20 mins to south beach, bayside and coconut grove. LOVE the area LOVE the hotel!!
