The room was bigger than i thought we did enjoy our stay.up I will stay here again.

Very nice experience, staff was great, wish they get updated keys for doors and the pub-restaurant closes too early (8pm), valet parking fees were ridiculous but I would return due to location and hospitality

The staff was great at all times. Very helpful. The hotel is well located. It is close to a lot of restaurants and bars but not very noisy or busy.

Don't believe the photos. This place is disgusting and is clearly a trap for unsuspecting foreign tourists. I checked into the room and it was absolutely filthy. Couch was visibly dirty, holes in the walls, and the smell was unbearable. Stained rugs everywhere - awful. I told the front desk and the manager said I would get a refund. I walked out and stayed elsewhere. And now over a month later, I'm still fighting with the hotel over the refund they promised. DO NOT STAY HERE - AVOID THIS HOTEL.

The hotel grounds and suites are beautiful. My room over looked the pool area and it was quiet and relaxing. The pool was a little cold but bearable. The only thing the room was missing was an iron. Very pleased with my stay and will visit again. Breakfast a the restaurant was delicious.

I travel to South Beach often and have stayed at quite a few different hotels over the years. The Savoy is by far the best I have experienced. The property is just amazing. Love the sparkling pools and easy beach access. And right on Ocean Drive! Room was superb and the staff could not have been any more helpful or friendly.

We spent a few days here to check out Miami Beach before embarking on a cruise. Comfortable and clean with a friendly staff and the restaurant was convenient and had good food. Easy access to the beach and the hot spots of Miami beach without being right in the middle of it. If you're looking to take in the night life and restaurants with a short walk but want to be able to relax when you want then this is a great place.

Location is prime! Private access to the beach directly behind hotel. They upgraded us for free to a balcony room with a view of the ocean, just because we asked. Staff is nice. We asked valet to have a cab ready for us upon checkout -- perfect and on time. Pool is great, open all night. Walking distance to everything -- all the nightlife on Ocean Drive. Would probably stay again, if we dont want to pay more for a fancier place.

We weren't sure what to expect but the room was definitely larger than the pictures relayed! The room was extremely clean and overall, the room was in great condition. The pool was great and the food in the restaurant/poolside was also good. The staff was great. The location is superb all of Miami goodies are definitely in walking distance.

My husband and I have stayed at the Savoy before. We were there the week of 5-11-15. You can't beat this location. The service was good, staff was friendly, occasionally understaffed at peak times resulting in some delays re: food service but nothing glaring. One of the best deals on the beach is the daily appetizer, entree, and desert for 20 bucks. It was ceasar salad, mahi mahi, asparagus and key lime pie th night we ate there. Value was excellent for $20 and we are not that easily impressed when it comes to food.

My husband and I stayed at the Savoy for a weekend in December just to get away from the bland days of winter. We had a wonderful stay here and would recommend it for any couples looking for oceanside romance. This hotel is within walking distance of the action on Ocean Drive but far enough away to sleep well at night.

The Savoy Hotel on Ocean Drive in the lovely Art Deco section of Miami Beach is a delightful place to stay. It has a fabulous location right on the beach but it is removed a block or two from the noise, thus making it the perfect place to stay in the South Beach neighborhood. The 1 bedroom suite is enormous and well appointed and very clean. Be prepared, though, to pay $30 per night to park as they do not have their own on site parking lot - a valet must park it a block away.

This hotel is in a perfect location in South Beach, Miami and a perfect place for a relaxing family vacation. Hotel is quiet, kept very clean and rooms are large. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The pools are beautiful and kept very clean. I loved the fact that I was able to get a seat by the pools or at the ocean at any time throughout the day...with a cushion and an umbrella. When I stayed at other hotels if you did not claim a seat early in the day you did not get one. The only bad things I have to report is about the room. The matresses are very uncomfortable..you can feel the springs poking through them and there is no sound proofing ..I was on the fist floor and when someone walked above you could hear it like it was next to you and it seemed as if the walls were shaking. Even though I have this complaint about the room I would stay at this hotel again and recommend others to stay there too.

Stayed 3 nights, hotel is nice but not worth the price. A lot of extra charges to an already pricey room rate. Resort fees and valet parking fees are extremely expensive. Great location. Hotel is older but very clean. Great pool and pool staff. I would mostly likely not stay here again. Very expensive for a long weekend.

like last year we reserved at the savoy like last year we found it excellent and it pmet pur expectations

I stayed at the Savoy hotel with my wife and we can not say anything bad about this hotel. The location was perfect just far enough off the strip where things can get loud but close enough to walk to all. The hotel itself was very quaint with only 76 rooms making the experience very personal. The grounds were amazing, right on the beach.I would definitly return to this hotel.

My wife and I stayed at the Savoy for 6 nights. The hotel is perfectly located in south beach close to the restaurants and shopping. The beach is right behind the hotel and the best part is that it is private with your own lounge chair. The staff at the savoy were very welcoming and helpful,I would definitely stay here again. Thanks again to the staff at the Savoy

Hotel was beautiful! Loved that it was right on the beach. Outdoor pool attendant was very accomodating and will definatley recommend staying there. We will stay there again for sure!

This is my fifth time staying at the Savoy and I must say, it is quite obvious that I love it. Beyond awesome staff, awesome pool with an awesome pool and ocean view and some suites have a kitchen. I went for memorial weekend with my group of girls to party. This is definitely not a party hotel but the party environment starts about a block away. You get the great location along with some quiet time. The bar and grill downstairs has awesome food and the pool staff is very attendant to your needs. Would I go again? That's a definite YES. I LOVE MY SAVOY
