Rooms are clean but vert small for 2 double beds, I would describe the hotel as older, with a great location. The sum of the breakfast + location made for a good experience. Once we got the car parked we walked everywhere.

Staff was pleasant. The welcome drink was a nice addition. We requested that the bed sheets be changed and they just brought the linen to us to do it ourselves so we had to call again to request housekeeping service on the first night of our 2-night stay. The room was tight but clean and served the purpose (but they could have added a full-length mirror on the closet or bathroom door). The wifi did not work well or at all. The breakfast selection was underwhelming... cold boiled eggs, deli sliced ham, and waffles that you have to make for yourself. We opted to go elsewhere for breakfast on the following day. The elevator inspection certificate expired several years ago, you might want to take the stairs!

Good: close to beach Bad: Poor sanitation, older building, Very old sloppy mattress, Noisy AC and fan Poor housekeeing House keeper put clean towels on toilet seat while changing linen and towel and management pays no attention when informed Final: not worth staying for vacation

Great location if you are looking for night life. Great place for a couple but not great for children. Not a lot of room to move around.

We booked this hotel for 3 adults and called to confirm that they would be able to accommodate. We were assured that there was a king bed and pull out sofa in each room. When we arrived, we were told that the only room left was one with a king bed only and that a cot would present a fire hazard. Angela at the front desk was awesome... she tried to help but unfortunately could not accommodate so we had to book another hotel.

Great location at decent price. Beach across the street! Public parking lot ($20 per day) also very close (2 blocks away). Nice room with a view and very comfortable beds. Friendly and helpful hotel stuff. Definitely would stay again!

Just had a quick last minute business trip to South Beach. Good rate and typical of the vintage properties on Ocean Drive. Nice little place. Good breakfast provided and complimentary cocktail.

I've stayed here multiple times. Great if you want location without fancy.

We had a mixed experience at this hotel. I'll start with the positive part of the experience. The staff was very friendly and accommodating with our requests. The breakfast was included in the price, copious and diverse. The hotel is quite close to the beach, you have to cross a street and a park to get there though. There are plenty of excellent dining options within walking distance. The wi-fi is good and reliable. The room where we ended up staying was very clean. There is complementary water in the room included in the resort fee, which is very much needed in the area. Now to the not so good part of the experience... First, they charge quite a high fee for valet parking, which is not uncommon in the area though. Fortunately, we found the muni-parking lot within walking distance, which charges only half the price. Despite efforts to enhance the appearance, like the nice blue lights on the hallways, there is a somewhat run-down appearance in the hallways. The elevator is small and it was not even running at all for half of our stay. The conditions were not bad, but we felt that the price was too high for what was offered.

Right in the heart of South beach with all the restaurants and night life.great staff clean rooms breakfast would stay here anytime again..

Perfect location. Fantastic staff. Nice hotel without pretense.

Hotel staff were very accommodating. The room was clean and updated. Good breakfast included with the room and a full restaurant and bar with good food. Great location too!

This is the best location if you are attending the South Beach Food & Wine Festival. It is very close to the Grand Tasting Tent allowing for breaks throughout the event. The hotel is also very close to the North Venue. The rooms are boutique size, simple, but clean. I rate the staff as excellent. The were very friendly and helpful.

I live in Miami and had GF fly in from out of town, stayed the weekend on beach. perfect place to enjoy night, even got bumped up to ocean view room! would stay again

Nice boutique hotel. Free drink and free breakfast.

Regular place, at least cleanses good, but service in restaurant not good, old place need be restart, prefer look for other options next time

The hotel is a little outdated compare to others in the area. The rooms are moderately small and so are the bathrooms. The elevator is tiny and always smells of mildew no matter what time of the day . The front desk staff was very nice and accommodating. However if you are not eating at the location the staff can be very unfriendly. Overall it was a decent stay but I wouldn't stay back at this hotel.

The breakfast "included" was beyond disappointing. Your better off paying $6 down the street and get a REAL breakfast. Valet is $40 so park in the public garage done block away on Collins. The floor in the room was dirty but everything else was clean. Our room was very small but for a short overnight stay it was perfect. Probably wouldn't recommend it for more than two people and def not for a longer stay!

I wont use this property again. The place is old, had bad smell in the hallways and room, bad bed & pillows, dirty floor... bathroom is very small and shower wasn't working very well.
